"Location was excellent, close to many convenient stores, restaurants and bus/train station. The room itself was very clean, spacious and had all the amenities. Very very good value for the price "

"Great location, park across the road is great for kids to get some energy out. Lots of restaurants & amenity close by and only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Shinjuku.
The rooms are a bit tired (marks on the walls, the duvet covers donโt fit properly and you can see that the bedding under is very yellowed, pillows not great.
There is no reception at the property, which was fine for us."

"We really enjoyed our stay here in Tokyo. The instructions were very clear, and having everything labeled especially for trash made things so much easier compared to other places weโve stayed. It really helped us stay organized and made the whole experience more convenient.
The location was also great very walkable and in a peaceful neighborhood, which we really appreciated after busy days exploring the city.
Overall, it was a great experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely...

"This place was amazing! The directions to get to it were so well thought out by the host, we were initially worried, but the host made it so easy! The place is in a great location. Very clean, safe, and close to the metro. I am so glad I booked this place and would recommend it to anyone! "

"This is a very small (even for Tokyo standards) unit, and you have no elevators in the building. That said, you can walk to Shinjuku and the place was very clean, with its own washer/drier and great beds. Sure, it's small, but the location makes it a great choice. I'd definitely recommend the place and would have given it a 5 star rating if it had a smart Japanese toilet ;) !"

"This is a great little studio apartment in a nice, quiet area of Shinjuku. The building is really lovely. It is close to lots of places to eat and the train station. We are a family of five so it was a bit small (from our Western perspective) but we were out a lot anyway! The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and shower were nice. I would definitely stay here again."

"Location was great. However the room was terrible! Cramped, no storage space, noisy, and the negatives could go on. The outside of the building looked like a high-rise jail block house. And the room seemed like a prison cell. We had a single double bed that was pushed up to one wall and only allowed about 16 inched of space on the other side to walk around. No storage, only a couple of hanging hooks. Bath area was of modular design with plumbing below raised floor. I'm 6 foot tall and I had to duck down as to not hit my head on the shower ceiling. Price was ok for the area, but if I ever went back I WOULD NOT stay at this property again. 4 nights was painful. Spend a few dollars more and go somewhere else. Besides, if you loose your room key it's Y2,000 added to your bill. If you want and extra pillow - you pay extra (rental fee)."
Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport - Directly connected to Haneda Airport Terminal 3
8/10 Good
"This hotel is very convenient when you just landed in Japan, however because itโs so far away from the city prepare to spend at least two hours every day on the subway if you want to go shopping or restaurants."
The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda Airport Terminal 3
8/10 Good
"I wouldโve appreciated to get clearer instructions on how to get to the hotel in advance. Not all of us are acquainted to the terminal 3 in Haneda."
"Room was great, with a makeup area. Bathroom a bit tight, but overall great. Great location and proximity to Shinjuku station, coffee shops, and Government Buildings for evening shows. Staff went above and beyond with little kids and extra touches. There is a 7/11 on site and does baggage service but not for large suitcase, only small. Hotel has a service which is slightly higher than 7/11 and cash or room charge only so plan ahead. There is a 7/11 across the street that may take larger suitcases but we didnโt have time. Hotel offers free shuttle bus service to Disneyland which was a bonus and enjoyed by our kids. Easier than transporting by train with suitcases!!"
"Overall this is in a great location, close to trains. Where we struggled was the elevator situation. We would wait 10 minutes for an elevator. Everything time we would want to leave or return we were waiting for an elevator. Additionally, the rooms were very small. My husband is 6โ2โ and struggled. The dryers in the laundry room took an hour and a half to dry, and even then they were still damp.
Itโs a great budget friendly hotel in a great location. The lobby, and lounge are lovely, the pool area lovely as well. Itโs just the laundry room, elevators and size of room."
