Beautiful lodge. We stayed in a private room with bath attached to the main lodge. We had access to a kitchen, dining room and beautiful living room directly from our room I would highly recommend it.

Not far from town. Very secluded which is super nice. Lodge is a real log cabin. Very roomy and we were able to wash laundry here too.

The owner, Stacey, is very nice and the lodge and our rooms on the first floor of the lodge were terrific. We’ll stay here again when we’re back in Talkeetna. It’s just outside town, is clean, spacious, and recently renovated.

A wonderful lodge. Quiet rooms; well stocked kitchen as far as utensils, dishes and refrigerator space. Has a bbq if choose not to go out for dinner. Would have enjoyed one of the two patios with fire pits but rained during our stay. House has very nice decorations and plenty of seating in main room It is a bit far from Talkeetna so must use your car.

Cozy Night

Peter checked us in and we had a pleasant conversation. Loved the regular refrigerator! A nice table and chairs in the kitchen too. We used the heater and it quickly got us cozy. The bed was comfortable and we had a quiet nights rest.

5 min down the road from downtown Talkeetna. Peaceful and quiet. Good blackout curtains. Good ceiling fan. Newer build. Bathroom whirl pool. Nice host. Would highly recommend.

Loved our stay!!

We loved our stay at Meandering Moose. We had the upstairs suite which had a private bathroom, washer/dryer, and lots of room. In the shared kitchen area, we had access to the refrigerator and coffee each morning! Stacey greeted us when we arrived and was available throughout our stay if we needed anything. We loved the area!!
