"Stayed here for 2 nights in Feb 2026. We booked an accessible twin room but it was definitely not considered accessible by ADA standards. Hotel is quite dated and run down. Staff (Willey) at the reception on check in was not very personable/customer service oriented. I'm not sure if it was a language barrier as the staff barely know any English. He was also very timid and spoke so softly I could barely hear him. Also, be warned that there is a mandatory "onsen" fee of ¥150 per person, per night. This must be paid regardless of if you use the onsen. I found this rather to be a cash grab since it should only be charged to guests who actually use the onsen. We ended up with a gigantic room by Japanese standards. There were only two single size beds (twin) but a huge tatami area with 2 futons that you could set up which is perfect for toddlers/kids area. The bathroom was very small though. I feel like they should have given the bathroom a bit more space and the room less space to balance it out. Our bathroom was so old that there was not dedicated faucet for the bathtub/shower. The water for bathing/showering is run from the sink so you have to switch a lever to get the water to go from the sink to the tub. It was also leaky. The room was relatively clean but I think the age of the hotel really shows. Interesting thing is there is a goat on the property just outside the main entrance. You can feed it in the morning. "

"I had such a pleasant stay at the hotel. Staffs were helpful and friendly, the hotel itself was amazing as we love Japanese-style Western style, a very unique thing you can only experience in Japan. The hotel is very close to all the attractions and activities you are do in the area. As we drove, it was a different experience as to if you entered the theme park from the main entrance. You don't need a theme park ticket to stay in the hotel, but if you have a ticket, the hotel will give you another ticket for the next day for free. Pro: Hotel Guest parking is inside the park area, you don't really need to walk too far with suitcases. The main attractions and restaurants are walking distance. Con: We just happened to be doing the 'Stamps Collecting' activity, where we had to walk around the theme park, otherwise we would completely miss some of the photo spots closer to the main entrance."

"직원들도 친절하고 필요한 모든 물품이 다 있어서 너무 편리했습니다. 방에 정수기가 있어서 너무 편리했습니다. 한국인 직원도 계셔서 인사도 나누고 좋았어요. 위치도 하우스텐보스 한가운데라 쉬다가 놀다가 최고였어요. 로비도 너무 멋지고 방도 매일 정리해주고 뭐 하나 빠지는 것 없이 거의 완벽에 가까운 호텔이었습니다. 다음에 다시 방문하고 싶습니다."

"Upon check in I explained to the staff member my Japanese was not very good and asked them to speak slowly. They spoke fast. I asked them again to slow down but they continued to speak fast. It was a little embarrassing for me. The elevator takes a while since there is only one. The room was a standard business hotel room, but the pillows were hard, and there was an incredible amount of dust collecting behind the TV. On the other hand, the onsen was nice, and parking was free and convenient. "
