Incredibly friendly, accommodating, and professional staff and team. We felt really comfortable here. Super convenient location. Two MRT lines intersect nearby, and it's only a 4-minute walk to the station. It's an easy trip to all the major sights via the MRT. The area around the hotel is also super quiet (by Taipei standards) and relaxed, yet it still has great infrastructure with lots of good cafes and restaurants. Super clean room with good furnishings. The breakfast was also very good (even though we would have wished for a few more vegetarian options). All in all, everything was top-notch. We would gladly come back and simply highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful and plesant stay in Simple + Hotel . The hotel provided extra miles that wow us. We were surprised that the hotel allowed us to borrow extra pillow of our preference. We had comfy sleep... There were coffee, tea and herbal tea readily available thoughtout the day that make us felt at home especially when we reached the hotel after a long day of outing. The counter service and breakfast dining hall staff are warmth and helpful. We are grateful to Cindy, Kevin, Jack and Claire for their great help. Will sure choose this hotel which is near to Taipe Arena on our next visit in Taipei.

Room was not big but tidy. Good wifi. Bed was firm and very comfy. Toilet was functional, good shower power despite a mid size shower head. Toilet Amenities are not served anymore in Taiwanese hotels due to regulations. The room has a kettle and some tea/coffe .Location close to a major metro station and there are restaurants around. Simple breakfast, more local style. Convenient for moving around by metro.

Another seven days

Had to come Taiwan again in short notice and simple hotel again delivered good service and place to sleep for. Location is good and taxis can be ordered with help of staff. This time our room had little bit wear and tear in couple places, but nothing major and all were taken care swiftly by staff. Thank you for another good stay.
