This is the second time I went to Taipei alone. And I got a great experience for that. The hotel really near the train and really convenient. 7-11 near by the hotel and makes me no need to worry about if I feel hungry at the mid-night. It is a hotel with history! The staffs are very friendly and professional. It’s location is very convenient, it is near by MingChuanXi Road MRT station, very easy to get to any place of great Taipei metro area.

This is my second stay at the Santos Hotel. I previously stayed last November for 28 nights, and this time for three nights. The hotel has nice rooms, great staff, and excellent location to the MRT and buses, and is in a very walkable location. I will be staying for my third visit in September. I highly recommend this hotel.

Loved that the hotel is very convenient as it was very close to the MRT. Even had convenience stores, massage places and souvenir shops around it. Just a little downside is the hotel is not new. But this wont hamper a decision to stay again in future visits. Am for convenience 😊

I liked the fact it was close to an MRT, was quiet even on a main road, had lots of space, working fridge and Japanese style toilet and USB outlets by the bed. It was clean and staff were helpful. It probably could do with a refresh but otherwise comfortable. I did wish it was closer to Ximen.
