完全搞砸了我的假期。請大家慎選飯店

1.飯店業者要我主動確認訂房? 我在Hotel.com訂房後,Hotel.com回覆我訂房確認的信件,信件中斗大的標題說明"我不需要打電話再確認",但飯店卻一再推責表示一切都是因為我無事前聯絡造成的? 2.我無法入住?地址是一間LOUNGE? 依據Hotel.com回覆我訂房確認的信件說明入住時間是16:00-00:00,我於當天下午16:38到達飯店地址時,該地址是一間LOUNGE。我聯絡Hotel.com客服表示要我撥打一支0908的電話與飯店業者聯絡。飯店人員接到電話時,表示飯店需要16:00前入住否則需要一小時前聯絡,並要求我在原地等待。等待許久,我再次撥打電話確認,最後手機電池耗盡。我只好另找飯店充電。依據我的來電未接提示,業者應該是17:30抵達現場。 3.我的信用卡被無故扣款?將信用卡紀錄在Hotel.com安全嗎? 我在訂房時選擇的是到店付款,但我的信用卡在住宿前8天被無預警扣款,飯店沒有徵得我的同意逕行扣款,讓我對記錄在Hotel.com的信用卡感到非常擔憂 我是一個朝九晚五的上班族,上班時間是無法接聽電話的。 我相信,任何人都不會回電給一個陌生電話(除非他真的打非常多通),我也沒有收到任何簡訊。甚至連住宿當天16:38前,我也沒有接到任何16:00前必需入住否則要事先聯絡的電話? 這次的事件完全搞砸了我的假期。我已經聯絡消保會及觀光局協助處理了。請大家慎選飯店。

整體上來說，都很不錯，很棒！！！ 唯一美中不足的地方，只有浴室~~~ 洗澡時，水 容易滲出，導致浴室地面濕滑。
