Always our favorite place to stay when in Tainan!

Excellent friendly staff and big size room. Kids loved the 2F lounge area for games and activities. Will definitely stay there again when visiting Tainan!

You can order local Tainan cuisine for breakfast. I ordered the 虱目魚（Milkfish） soup. It was as delicious and gentle as any other restaurant. There are many modern art pieces on display in the hotel, creating a relaxing atmosphere. It's a nice hotel to relax in.

Breakfast is certainly substandard compared with similar hotels; the variety offered is very limited with mainly vegetarian food. Room is comfortable and bigger than other places. Shower is powerful and both biscuits and coffee in room are very good. Most packet coffee have lots of sugar in them but not the ones here.

The Manager, Wayne and staff really made us feel welcome. We stayed 4 nights and really felt it just flew by. Good restaurants in walking and uber just minutes away. Big rooms with nice amenities. If I could give 6 stars for staff I would do so.

Clean & modern hotel in a convenient location. The room is spacious with separate sink, toilet and shower. Shower is small but had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Basic amenities besides disposable toiletries are provided. The mattress is very firm, typical of Taiwan hotels. The included breakfast is small and very ordinary.

Very helpful staff. Rooms are spacious. Nice breakfast and simple lobby. Neighborhood is an old district so little shops and traditional market, nothing fancy but over four days discovered a few good dining options within walking distance. Otherwise a 20 min walk or 5 min taxi ride to options elsewhere.

No self laundry washer and dryer. Staff very helpful in calling for taxi but immediate nvironmenra not too many good dining options and hotel map does not show you where convenient stores are. Good size rooms and breakfast daily.

This is a decent hotel in a very good location, fairly close to the train station (connects to HSR station) and around a lot of shops and cafes. The breakfast was OK, the rice came out late both days of my stay (first time I have seen a lack of rice in Asia). My bed was clean but my room did have noticeable mold in the shower, and only had one tiny window near the ceiling. I think it is a bit overpriced compared to other places I have stayed at, possibly because of the convenient location.

Location is good. Staff was very nice and helpful. The room was well appointed and nicely designed, but attention to cleaning was lacking, in part due to wear and tear, but still in need of attention around corners, walls, baseboards, etc. Bed and bathroom were clean and not worrisome, but overall they could focus more on the nooks and crannies. Breakfast was mediocre unfortunately, although I still appreciate having a little something to start the day.

Quiet, spacious, firm beds

We were there for only one night. I booked a 4 people room for two of us so we could have our own bed. If you like firm beds, this is then place! We did like them firm so it was perfect! They offered two type of pillows so we both got to pick the firmer pillows. It’s spacious but I wish there’s another sliding door to have more privacy after coming out of the shower to put clothes on. 😅 They staggered guests entering for breakfast. We signed up for 8:30am, buffet was not big but enough variety but some food was already cold. We did enjoy some Tainan food they offered: braised rice with pork and soy sauce, made to order beef soup and milk fish soup! It lasted us till about 1pm.

The staff went out of the way to help us on all issues but one which was out of their control. They were friendly and courteous and wonderful to work with. However, being from Canada, I did not know a hotel could not provide parking. We arrived with our car only to find their was no parking available and spent the next 3 hours searching for a space and then getting a yo yo card to pay for the space once we found one. It was crazy! Otherwise, excellent breakfast and good place to stay.
