"The family room is very spacious with two king-sized bed. Good quality of bedding and the high standard room facilities. "

"The room is dark & small. I don't have enough space to layout my luggage. The corridor is a bit smelly, too. However, the staff are extremely helpful & friendly. When I complained about the brightness of the room, they quickly offered 2 extra lamps & change one of the light bulbs for me which helped improve the brightness of room. Also, when I asked if there was any local tour on the next day for our party of 8 people, they were able to arrange a private car to take us around."

"We love the rooms! They are pretty big and beautiful, and the king-size bed makes our stay comfortable. I love the separate hot tub. The staff at the front desk is very accommodating and friendly. The only downside is I could hear a little noise from the next room, so it might be something to note for people sensitive to sounds. We also hope the person at the parking can be a bit more friendly initially. Overall, it was a wonderful experience at this hotel."
