"Enjoyed our stay overall. The locals are friendly, so the staff were friendly and welcoming. It was clean and really stunning lobby area with views over the sea. The pool is massive and there were enough sun loungers, though we were there at a quieter time in May. Really nice padded couches overlooking the beach. The beach is really long and wide and well used. It was lovely to walk along the beach every day. There was a violinist in the lobby The negatives: loud music! I like to relax and listen to the sea, (the is a private beach area, noise free, but it was a bit chilly in the wind). They have loud music by the pool, which gets louder at zumba /water aerobics time. I like to listen to my music through my headphones or meditate, but it was impossible around the lool. At night it was worse, really loud 8:45 until around 11pm. So if you have kids and actually want them to sleep, opt for a room that doesn't overlook the pool, you should be okay. I didn't sleep great as the pillows were really puffy which makes my neck ache, so wished I'd brought my own. The duvet too thick - like a winter thickness, so despite the room being perfect temperature without air con, I had to turn it on and blast out cold "

"Overall, we had a great experience at the resort and truly enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful, relaxing, and the staff were generally warm and welcoming. One area that could use improvement is the attention given to non-alcoholic beverage service. We noticed that guests ordering wine and alcoholic drinks received much more attentive service, with waiters frequently checking on them and ensuring their glasses were never empty. However, when ordering soft drinks or other non-alcoholic beverages, there seemed to be much less attention and follow-up. We also tried the Moroccan restaurant upstairs after being told reservations needed to be made 3 days in advance. Unfortunately, the dining experience was not very memorable and the food was not what we expected. During our meal, we even saw two tables leave without eating because they were disappointed with the food. That said, the overall experience was still very enjoyable, and with a few improvements, this resort could truly be exceptional."

"Overall we had a lovely stay despite some issues we faced, in summary they could be a bit more organised. From confusion at check in about a half/full board deal that was offered to us prior to arrival, (heads up they are NOT as good as they make out) and then hide the deal after so you cant refer back to it which left me feeling annoyed as it was like “have you got proof?” If not then this is the price! We had to change rooms mid stay due to an extremely bad smell in the room, They ran out of plates and food mid way through breakfast and dinner most days and the tables weren’t laid properly simple things like salt&pepper! Another example was they put a note through our door inviting us to a beach bar party on the evening and then we got there and had no where to sit as apparently you had to prebook a spot, so had one drink and left! The hotel is in a beautiful spot but they definitely could do better! The day staff around the pool were great like Brahim who couldn’t do enough for us and all the guests. A bit more attention to detail and this could be a 10/10."

"The villa was convenient and spacious, they had daily housekeeping and the private pool made it that extra relaxing. All amenities were fully stocked and water bottles were provided by the case. Amazing staff and so friendly. Loved our stay."

"Good hotel and was central. Everything was walking distance. Rooms were kept tidy and had cleaners in daily. WIFI was hit and miss. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection on offer. Would definitely stay here again."

"Not a 5 star hotel for sure , I would give it a 2.5 star hotel . Rooms were just ok nothing spectacular. Although I had their premium suite , thier room cleaning was not the best either . Management needs a lot of training"
