"I really liked how nice and helpful the front desk staff were but the thing i disliked are how you have to pay extra to get a room with a microwave and a fridge in them. For the prices.of the rooms already they should all have at least those included."

"Staff had excellent customer service. The housekeepers were always willing to help get extra towels or toiletries if needed without fuss or attitude. Breakfast was great. My only complaint would be that the pool heater was broken the 5 days we stayed. We did lose our deposit due to unfortunate circumstances with my teenage daughter being on her period and messing up some towels and sheet but luckily they didn’t charge extra for that although i could have bleached the stains out but that’s okay was just bummed as we we’re kind of depending on getting it back but stuff happens. The location is great there is good places to eat within walking distance. Overall a great stay! Friendly staff and cleanliness makes all the difference when it comes to hotels and restaurants for sure! "
