Tutto ok a parte frigorifero un po’ rumoroso, ottima accoglienza dei proprietari. Il B&B è vicino al mare, negozi e alla farmacia. Colazione abbondante con molti dolci fatti in casa.

Having spent 11 nights at Villa Matari we are very happy about our stay, and our biggest regret is that we could only have 10 breakfasts as we had to leave very early on our last day! 😂 The B&B is conveniently located in Fontane Bianche close to the beach (Camomilla), the main bar/bakery (Tortuga) and the mini-market (Holiday Market). We had a double room (2 2) and the main bedroom had Air Conditioning and TV (the kids were not pleased!). We had a couple of minor issues that Mr. Franco fixed straight away, we were really pleased with that. Perhaps our only problem was parking, as there is only off-street parking available and it can be tricky at certain times of the day when a lot of people come to Fontane Bianche from outside to go to the beach. But Marianna's cakes are amazing! We were looking forward to have breakfast every morning (served from 8 to 10). Mr. Franco, Marianna deserves a pay rise! 😂

Mariana est charmante, mais le lit grincait beaucoup. Prises de courant se décrochant en même temps que nous retirons le câble. Bref BandB vieillissant, mais hôtesse très chaleureuse et bon petit déjeuner.

Recensito ieri io, mio marito e i nostri bimbi abbiamo soggiornato a inizio settembre.Il sig Franco e la sig.ra Marianna sono due splendide persone, gentilissime e super disponibili. Camere pulite,ottima la colazione. Ottima la posizione per visitare posti fantastici come Noto, Marzamemi, Siracusa, la Riserva di Vendicari,ecc... (il sig. Franco sa dare tutte le informazioni utilissime) e se si vuole il relax la spiaggia è a due passi e che dire...che mare!! Ultima cosa da noi apprezzatissima, il giorno della partenza avevamo la nave la sera abbiamo potuto fare mare, in quanto ci è stato concesso l'utilizzo di una stanza dove posare le valige e cambiarci e di una doccia per lavarci!! Consiglio vivamente questa struttura, vi sentirete come a casa!!

Great Bed & Breakfast close to beach

Our stay was great from the moment we arrived. Despite our little knowledge of Italian and the hosts little English skills, we managed to communicate just fine and the two hosts were more than helpful and welcoming. The room was very clean and the atmosphere was homely. A short 5 minute walk led directly to a beautiful sandy beach. The breakfast was also homemade and plentiful. All in all a very pleasant visit!

Accueil tres chalereux (meme si cela etait fait uniquement en Italien - on apprend tous les jours! :) les environs presque trop calmes, vaut mieux avoir un vehicule a disposition. Magnifique plage a deux pas de la villa... Le seul bémol, la salle de bain et vraiment petite et il n’y a pas de place prévue pour vos produits, gare a la tete pour pas vous cogner! On recommande!

Bella location, ottima per rilassarsi

Villa molto bella, a 200 m dalla spiaggia, ogni appartamento ha un suo spazio esterno. Noi abbiamo goduto di quello con una splendida tettoia che ci regalava un'ombra costante. Gentilissime le inservienti, prodigo di consigli Franco il proprietario, sempre disponibile telefonicamente e di persona se necessario. Piccole pecche: la rubinetteria del bagno accusava l'età, il frigobar senza ghiacciaia, l'impianto elettrico da potenziare visto che tutte le case hanno il condizionatore

Le paradis à 150 metres

Très bonne situation, 100 mètres de la plus belle plage de la région. Le service était parfait et le propriétaire très gentil et attentif. Les chambres sont nettoyées chaque jour et le petit déjeuner et bon. très recommendable
