The staff were friendly, helpful and so professional. They even offered us an afternoon drink. That doesn't happen very often.

Stayed twice now. Love the location, perfect for a show at the Enmore of just a night out in Newtown. Lacks alot of parking, but can easily find affordable overnight parking within walking distance. Great room, amazing lush plants in foyer, free beer or cider on arrival. Couldn't ask for more really

We had a nice, comfortable one-night stay at The Urban Newtown, perfectly located in the heart of Newtown. It’s just a 30-minute train ride to Circular Quay and all the main Sydney sights, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. I’d recommend booking a car parking spot with the hotel in advance, it’s a shame this has to be arranged and paid for separately, but understandable given how busy the area is. The welcome drink and snacks were a lovely touch and made us feel very welcome.

Loved it!
Loved everything about the hotel. The location, the vibes and the really friendly staff. I was also able to leave my suitcase there for a few nights before my stay which was so helpful. My room was ready early and I was allowed to check in.
All in all a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Great location for USYD visit and plenty of restaurants nearby. It was very clean and all the staff were helpful. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment with terrace. It was very quiet and the beds were comfortable.
