"The hotel is well appointed and we booked a club access room. The service in the club rooms was below par. We waited an hour for our room, ie after check in time. Then no wine glasses in the club, when arrived where warm, clearly under staffed then at breakfast we had to commandeer a staff member to take our order for coffee to turn up 25 minutes later."
