Great location and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay
Our booking process was simple and all our enquiries were met promptly. We were there for a 3 night stay and immediately felt like locals, tucked neatly behind the action! We drove from FNC NSW so were delighted to park our car in the double garage. The property was clean, spacious and well appointed. We have stayed on the beach front and the harbour side in Manly and we were so impressed with 4 Ashburner St and we will definitely return:) Absolutely best kept secret. What a gem
Wonderfully clean and neat apartment among all the gorgeous walks and restaurants, ferries and cafe's that Manly has to offer. Quiet and comfy with a great lock up garage. The owner was accomodating and kind. Just perfect! Thank you!
It was a great 2 bedroom unit with full kitchen facilities in the heart of Manly - the best thing it was pet friendly so I was able to bring my French bulldog Daisy!! Plus it had a good size balcony!!

Location was super, one direction we could walk to the ocean beach, the other direction the harbour beach. The ferry to Sydney was only a 10 min walk plus plenty of dining options nearby. Bonus having a washing machine available and balcony to dry things.
My family of 4 and our dog stayed Susies apt, we had a lovely stay. The apt had enough space for 4 of us and it was well presented and i think you would struggle to get a better location in manly. Highly recommend.
We were impressed with this cute little apartment. Very clean and quiet, even though it is very centrally located. Easy walking to almost all attractions. Garage was a bonus! And loved the air con. Modern and comfortable furniture. We enjoyed our stay, thank you Susie. One small suggestion - would have loved a bath mat :)
We stayed here as a family to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment was 5 mins or so walking distance to the ferry port, 5 mins walk to Coles supermarket, 5 mins walk to the smaller manly cove beach. It was a nice area, amazing location.
The property manager had very good communication and replied quite swiftly. We travelled from UK so we kindly supplied bed linen and towels for us.
It's on 1st floor with no lift so you have to be able to carry bags/ pushchairs ok up stairs.
The flat itself was outdated, simple kitchen and facilities but clean. Spacious enough for a family.
It did smell like dog (as it allows dogs) but we opened up windows and quickly aired out.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the little flat was in a good and central location so it was easy to access everything. It was lovely and clean and easy to find, although there are stairs to climb to access the flat. The owner was terrific to communicate with and generously let us arrive earlier and park our car in the garage (which is a very generous double garage size). That was a big help as it meant we didn’t waste a whole day. Only reason we didn’t rate the stay five stars (we would have given 4.5 stars if we could) was that all the pillows provided were very flat and super soft so they were not very comfy. I suggest replacing all with new and better quality ones. Also, it was quite noisy of a morning with building works on either side of the block so not so great for a sleep in. But we acknowledge that’s not the owners fault and this can happen anywhere. Anyway we really loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

This was probably the best stay ive ever had in Manly
We loved the apartment, this is our second visit: it is so close to all the attractions Manly has to offer, including a short walk to the beaches, the Corso and the ferry. The off-street parking is a real bonus. It is also pet friendly: you couldn't ask for better. Thank you, Susie.
