Felt very welcome although I got there at 10h a.m. I was i formed thay I could check-in now for only $20 extra. After driving for more than 20hrs this was really appreciated.

Excellent stay at the Rainbow! You can tell that the owners and staff take pride in this motel providing a friendly and welcoming check in. The rooms are a little dated but very clean and has all the regular amenities you would expect. Would be happy to stay here again!

I wasn’t the one staying. My son got stuck with nowhere to go. So, I tried to pay for him to stay there. The guy was going to take a payment over the phone and then randomly said no I had to be there. I offered to show him ID through the camera and everything. He let my son stay in -30 degree weather.

The room was not very clean, chairs were soiled and bedding was old and sheets were thin. Travelling with a small dog and was charged $39.00 as a pet fee! 😲 Most hotels only charge $20 or $25! The rooms need to be updated. Definitely will not stay there again!

There was no kettle, coffee maker or toaster. No cups, teas or coffees. Our first night we were really cold because the heater didn't work but it was fixed in the morning so we were warm the next day. There was a lot of traffic noise as well as hearing the neighbours arguing at 6.15 am wasn't very good.

This motel was exceptionally clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I asked for an off-street room because the motel faces the Trans Canada Highway, which is extremely busy and noisy. Our room was quiet so we all slept well. It can be challenging finding accomodation that allows pets so I was thrilled that The Rainbow Motel does. Our dog also slept well and enjoyed exploring during our walks. The motel is situated amongst innumerable shopping and dining locales, with easy access to the Trans Canada. It is very easy to get downtown and to other areas of Swift Current. If you like ice-cream and soft serve, visit the family-owned Dairy King across the street. It has a vast menu and everything is delicious. There is a Shoppers Drug Mart and Original Joe's around the corner, Smitty's across the street, and the Wheatland Mall kitty corner. The golf course and the off-leash dog park are also close by. The hospital, if you need it, is only a few blocks away. My only complaint was the very thin pillows, which were so thin it was like not having a pillow. However, I asked for extra pillows and was provided them without issue. I will absolutely stay here again if I pass through another time, and similarly recommend this motel to other travellers.

It was ok, i just needed a bed. Disappointed that there wasnt a hairdryer or coffeemaker in room. I guess i forgot to read uf there was. So $65. 00 in my opinion was too much for the bare minimum

Got a good clean room, coffee maker would have been nice. Fast food and convenience store 5 min walk from hotel. Highway next to hotel and room was quiet
