Very nice and polite staff. Breakfast is great! Walkable distance to the gate to the east. The Hotel itself has very nice setting. I had a two-bed room on the 8th floor, which I felt its a bit out dated, and I wish the room could have smelled cleaner, fresher.

The staff were very helpful, the rooms were clean and there's a supermarket opposite the hotel which was convenient as the food options nearby we're limited. The only problem with the room is that the air conditioner is not that good so at night the room was warmer than I would like.

Great stay, bad plumbing.

Everything was great in the beginning, we were upgraded and really appreciated that. However on the second night, we went out to dinner and came back to a flooded bathroom that was leaking. It took a while for someone to come and figure things out, and we were told they could not fix it in short time so we had to pack our bags and go to a different room. That was quite annoying, but other than that, the hotel staff were nice and the hotel has got a good gym.

I paid the hotel but I didn't get the receipt at once. The deposit will not be refunded soon. I told the car number at check-in, but it was not free. I needed to go to the front when I left the parking lot. Never use twice
