"Nice clean spacious room. Friendly staff. Great location with easy access to trams and busses and city attractions. Lots of restaurants around. Needed to visit relative at QMC so very convenient on the tram. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. "

"The room itself was very clean just disappointed with the comfort of the bed and pillows. Bathroom very clean apart from the shower doors needs a lot of attention to the bottom of the doors very unclean. Soap and shower gel in shower very good quality and beautiful smell,overall a good stay and the staff on reception very professional."

"The room was pristine, the staff were professional and friendly. The pool was quiet and the areas clean. The food was exceptional, well presented and fresh. Unfortunately i had a fall on our last night outside the theatre, the hotel staff provided ice, towels and couldn't have been more kind and caring for which i am so grateful. The whole stay was very good value. "

"Lovely hotel, very friendly reception staff, fantastic breakfast, and spotless room. Two things that could be improved are the pillows as they were very lumpy, and paint the wall under the sink, which can be seen from the toilet, and looks dirty."
