Unfortunately the room was not very clean. There was even broken glass on the floor. And could not access the balcony as door was locked and did not have key. It was unfortunate that there is no onsite desk or number to call. Though the room was nice and modern The hotel attached is excellent and the location is perfect.

Room is modern and spacious with good a/c. Undercover Parking is available for each room. Bed was okay but a bit hard on the back. Terrible service though. Room was poorly made up after the first night and no extra ammenities were left to cover Christmas day, when they were closed. We were left with no toilet paper, tissues, coffee, milk, body wash etc all the things you would expect in a basic hotel room.

My partner and I stayed here over the weekend and had a lovely experience. Check-in was smooth and straightforward, and the instructions for parking and collecting the key were clear and easy to follow. Unfortunately, due to a death in the family, we had to cut our stay short. The staff were incredibly understanding and made the process of checking out early simple and stress-free, which we truly appreciated during a difficult time. Although our visit was shorter than planned, we were very impressed by the comfort, cleanliness, and professionalism throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The room i was promised as per description was supposed to have view of mountains. But i had just fellow neighbours house. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep on due to the partition btw 2. There was no slippers or extra bin bags in the room. As well as no housekeeping.
