"The rooms are small, as described in the measurements online so it's quite tight for a family of 4 (w 2 small kids) but did the job for us. Check in was quick and easy for us, process is very smooth. Staff are prompt in responding to inquiries (front desk & room service). They come by quite quickly if after you make your phone call requesting for extra items. Washroom has a very high step which takes time to adjust to, a bit dark so hard to see how clean it is. The breakfast buffet selection is good, and the staff serving is good. It runs from 07:00 to 10:30. For some reason, we were ushered out really quick on one of the mornings (at 10:35am) even though there were other people who were still seated at their tables. We loved there is an underground path to walk to get to Shinjuku station, it was very convenient for us. "

"Super Bad experience to stay in this hotel. No air-con in every room even over 22 degrees outside. Very hot even if opened the window. Very noisy in the mid-night. "Great stay overall. The hotel itself is clean, efficient, and the check-in process is extremely easy, exactly what you’d expect in Japan. Where this place really shines is the location. If you want a true taste of city life (being out late, surrounded by restaurants, nightlife, and constant energy) this is peak. You can step outside and immediately be in the middle of everything. Rooms are on the smaller side (typical for Japan), but the bed is surprisingly wide and comfortable, making it perfectly suitable for a trip where you’re mostly out exploring and just need a solid place to recharge. That said, if you’re looking for a hotel as a destination in itself (spacious, relaxing, and somewhere you plan to spend a lot of time) this probably isn’t the right fit. It’s much better suited for a younger, nightlife-oriented crowd who plans to be out and about. Overall, great value and ideal for experiencing the city."
