My husband, dog and I really joyed our stay. Plenty of room and amenities. Close to restaurants and bars. Very nice pool on property. Key West is a nice drive away and not too long. We would definitely recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay, would stay again. Communication was excellent. Property is just as pictured. Great location, great value for the price. Could use a little freshening up, light bulb in laundry room, etc.

Great Spot

Perfect sized place for 2 adults. Cools nicely cause it's right sized. Seaside is only steps away, and there's a nice little clean pool too. Easy travel to other Keys as it's located directly off US 1.

Very comfortable!

Very clean and spacious - great for hanging out. Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable beds and we slept well. Great instructions from the owner made for easy check in. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Thrifty

If your thrifty and dont mind thrift store funishings and buildings, then this is your place. Great location, small pool, small boat dock. Nice view if you walk down to the shared waters edge. Very "old keys vibe".

Cudjoe Key

Nice property. Can walk to small store and bike/walk trail. Can also walk to Blimp Road which is a scenic walk or bike road off the main road. Great location to go either north or south in the Keys.

Great lil find

Nice lil place that reminds me of the old keys back in the day. It is not luxury but very comfortable. Great location. Great communication with Jennifer. Definitely coming back here to stay.

Loved the pool

Beds were good. Kitchen could use a little bit more of dishes, glasses, mugs. Only had one wine glass. Shower was great, mirror was foggy, not sure why. Loved the screened in porch. It was further away from Key West than I thought it would be. That road is slow going so it took longer. I would stay again.

Long weekend stay.

Overall our stay was pleasant. This VRBO is in a very convenient area, lots of great fishing spots nearby and plenty of things to do. The only gripe that we had is that this is the only rental I’ve had in the keys that does not provide any household necessities. They had exactly one trash bag, a small roll of paper towels, no seasonings for food (not even salt or pepper), there were only 4 towels for a place that sleeps 4 people, no extra blankets or anything. Our stay was otherwise wonderful, but having to spend an extra 50 to buy household essentials that most rentals keep stocked was frustrating.

Needs a face lift

Quaint cottage with low pricing for the FL Keys. The whole property needs a face lift. Several light bulbs were out in cottage 4. The front door got stuck so we had to use the patio door for most of the trip. The beds were terrible and the furniture in the den was worn down. This was our second time staying here in a year and a half and the cottage definitely shows significant signs of wear and tear. The pool and docks were great for our kids.

Cudjoe Cottage

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Property manager was helpful in answering questions. The pool was great and we enjoyed the laid back ambience. Only negative was the boat ramp. We had a 4x4 truck and had issues getting in and out of the ramp. All mud so very difficult as well Cudjoe bay in front of the property is very shallow. Boaters beware. There is a Marina close by that we would use next time.

the property location and space is great and with a little updating would be absolutely fantastic. The property is a little tired and could do with sprucing up a bit. The netted area outside the kitchen, the fan didn’t work and a freestanding fan was put into the area. Unfortunately when it was on it was so loud it would’ve affected the neighbours. the general condition of this area needs attention. The pool area was lovely and clean a great place to relax. overall the location was close to key west and there are some excellent restaurants in the vicinity and a small convenience store within walking distance.
