Comfortable apartment lacking in location and serv

The apartment is very big and comfortable. However, location is problematic - it"s right on a main busy road, and while it is near a fjord, between the apartment and the fjord are the busy road and an industrial zone. Not such fun. No service on premises, so communication has to be by phone only. We had some issues and in the absence of an internationally enabled phone, this became a challenge. Use of free bikes was nice.

So far, this has been the best hotel of our Europe vacation yet. It was spacious, clean and even had a washer. A close drive to the Loen Skylift, Lovatnet lake, shops and restaurants.

Appartement 1 chambre très agréable, manque quelques équipements comme rideau occultant dans la chambre, revoir aussi la batterie de cuisine , pas de passoire pas de cafetière. Attention le sèche linge est un etendoir à linge ! Sinon super séjour. Dommage le bruit de la route mais notre chambre était heureusement sur l'arrière.

Apartment style accommodation

The stay is provided in apartments rather than B & B or any other meals. Nicely equipped with washing machine and kitchen facilities. This is a new venture for the owners so a few roughedges, eg no tea towels, no microwave but lots of potential.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

We enjoyed a beautiful apartment with a balcony overlooking the fjord. The bathroom was huge and nicely appointed; the washing machine was a much appreciated bonus. The owner, Kristin, was gracious and very kind; she even provided a five of hearts waffle with homemade raspberry jam for my husband’s birthday!

Perfect place to stay in Stryn.

Room is very spacious, clean and tidy, and with a great view. Location is good and is just a comfortable 15 min walk to bus station and supermarket. Highly recommended.

Villa Visnes var over all forventning. Koselig og nyoppusset leilighet med komfortabelt soverom, stort og fint bad, hyggelig oppholdsrom med eget kjøkken og balkong med utsikt over vannet. Hyggelig og hjelpsom vertinne! Mulighet for å lage egen mat, men der er også flere spisesteder i sentrum av Stryn, med gang avstand til hotellet. Stryn har flere Outlet butikker med godt utvalg. Naturen er flott med mange turmuligheter. Vi bodde der bare en natt på gjennomreise, men jeg anbefaler det gjerne!
