This place is awesome!!! Super friendly staff. Wonderful coffee in the lobby (so much better than having a silly machine in your room). Food in the on-site restaurant, and MANY conversations with people that ENJOY working there... DELIGHTFUL! I was solo for my visit. If they could work on a "breakfast included" option, I'd bring the family everytime!

We stayed for a long weekend in early May and it was pretty quiet. The staff were very friendly and housekeeping did an amazing job with our room. I appreciated the cabinet of extra towels and toiletries that are complimentary for guests and it was also so nice to have a water filter station in the lobby! We really liked the location and how we were able to walk to so many stores and restaurants in town. The noise level could be better, but it was to be expected as our room was not attached to the inn. We just turned on the fan for some white noise. About 1-2 hours after checking out, I got a call from the inn, as we had accidentally left a personal item behind. Thank you for being so attentive with us!

Great location, lovely staff. Wouldn’t recommend, however. The room was freezing and wouldn’t get warm despite turning the heat all the way up. Tiny bathroom. Not kid friendly. The smoke detector kept going off, resulting in them having to send someone to fix it. Not a huge deal, but we were so exhausted from our trip and would’ve preferred to be able to rest in peace.

This was our first stay at this hotel/Inn but we visit Stowe several times a year. This place has a location convenient to walking to downtown Stowe and to the walking path and plenty of restaurants. Very welcoming inn. The staff was super helpful. Our room was very nice and clean. It was just as represented in the photographs. We had some down time and enjoyed the outdoor fire pit at the end of a ski day and then read for a while in the common space before dinner reservations. The entire place was very warm and comfortable. Plenty of on site parking and easy access to the mountain shuttle and the village center. We loved it!

The Inn is very charming and is on the national register of historic places. They had a restaurant open nightly with live music Friday evening, which made the experience special! The front desk staff were very friendly and the coffee and tea station with real half-and-half or whole milk was a nice touch!
