"The hotel is partnered with the world’s most unprofessional shuttle company, Monarch. We paid $50 for access to the shuttle to downtown Nashville. It’s only a 15 minute drive and the shuttle either doesn’t show up at all or is inexplicably late. The night driver, Mark, is a con artist and obviously not doing the job he’s being paid to do. The hotel staff are aware of the problem and just told us to request a chargeback since the shuttle company doesn’t offer any accountability. The outdoor pool is under construction and you’ll be woken up by the sound of jackhammers. The hotel is very clean and the staff were very friendly, but I cannot recommend this experience to anyone. "

"Breakfast was good. There was a variety of choices and I enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and offered to help greeted us every time I came through the lobby and parking was convenient. I use handicap parking and there was a spot very close to the front door. Thank you."
