"The room was ok, but looked out onto the back of another building so no view at all. The breakfast was AWFUL! The cooked breakfast was almost the worst I have ever had, especially given the price of the hotel room. They were powdered scrambled eggs, the continental breakfast area was not stocked adequately and not restocked in a timely manner. There needed to be more staff available. There were three servers for around 80 people and it simply wasn't good enough. The chef in the kitchen was shouting at his colleague and getting increasingly stressed. There was a delay of around 30 mins on the cooked food but I only knew this because I overheard the server telling someone else. We didn't even bother on our second day and went out to breakfast at Lloyds in the courtyard outside the hotel entrance and it was amazing! You should learn something from their fresh products and amazing service! It was such a shame that the food and service let it down because it could have potentially been a great stay but it was in fact poor and I would not return or recommend it."
