"Check in was excellent but checking out wasn’t, there was someone who spoke Spanish and she was very polite and helped us choose was floor we wanted to be in. At checking out there wasn’t anyone who spoke Spanish and the lady at the front desk told us we probably wouldn’t be getting out deposit back when I spoke to her she informed us there was a stain in the comforter and when I told her that it was a peanut butter cookie she said she informed them but wasn’t getting a response back so we had to wait there. I asked her if she wanted me to clean it up my self because I was sure the stain would come off and she ended up telling me that it was okay and gave us the deposit only after I told her that."

"Very poor shower pressure, very old carpets in the rooms, very poor sad pillows. Nice people, nice staff, hotel needs a full remodel. Fun by the pool and allowed to have a beverage by the pool. Good breakfast. Two to four hot items plus waffles and bread stuff. Very bad coffee and very bad coffee machines. It's okay for the money. No more than $120 a night ever.."

"The room has all the appliances that you need, full size Refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine, TV (we found out , TV is not necessarily there on this trip). Staff are very friendly. The room price is one of the lowest in California standard."

"Host was very nice and accommodating with a late check out for our group. The price was on the cheaper side, so I was OK with the place being a bit older and in need of some updates. There were 3 things that were disappointing: 1) the Wifi didn't work, 2) there was not enough silverware, dishes, and glassware, 3) the lockbox and front door lock were very difficult to open (took me over 20 minutes). Hopefully the host will get those things fixed/replaced for future stays."
