This was an excellent hotel! So clean, comfortable, friendly staff. We had a nice meal in the bistro. Walking distance from the river and the downtown Stevenson restaurants and shopping. Beautiful view from room 8.
Great hotel!!! It was clean and comfortable. We had room 3 and loved it. It’s an older building and is nicely updated. We didn’t get to eat at the bistro because we were there for a friend’s wedding and the timing didn’t work out for us, but the food smelled really good. They didn’t have breakfast on the weekend but they do M-F. We highly recommend staying here if you like a nice ambiance.

Perfect! Clean, comfortable, quiet. I’ll stay there again!
Very nice and professional employees. Helped form days before I got here to the evening I flew in late. Lovely room and homely feeling. Really a great place when you want to spend your day out doing things but have a room to go relax, not some motel or even a resort. A little pice of home
Very clean and friendly place. There is a parlor to the left when you enter where you can store food in the frig and a microwave to warm up leftovers. Tables and chairs are available to eat on. There's as small cafe to the right as you enter that has limited hours in the winter but appears to be popular in the summer. There is a a really nice bookstore across the street.
This elegant boutique hotel has a lot of personality. There is a sweet, polite hotel dog - a corgi named Lola. There is a lovely bistro with delish food and a nice wine selection. The rooms are elegantly decorated with a mix of classic and modern elements. The beds and linens are fab. The shower has great water pressure. It was quiet and pleasant. It’s near the waterfront, and our room had a pretty view of the river. There were a lot of restaurants and super cute shops within very easy walking distance.
I love this little boutique hotel. I was initially disappointed not to have an in room fridge, but after one night I really appreciate Kate’s the peacefulness of not hearing the buzz of a mini fridge all night. They do have a common fridge in the guest dining area. It had a microwave and coffee bar and little tables where you could sit and look at the beautiful views. Coffee was ready at 7am daily but you could also make your own with the keurig in your room. I only ate breakfast at the hotel, but it was delicious! The scrambled eggs are outstanding! The room is so cute with clean and well kept antiques. The bathroom was cute too with an antique cabinet style sink. The view of the mountains and river are beautiful. I was worried about the train, but the crossing arms are silent and the train doesn’t blow its horn. It was rather soothing and went by at a low hum. I will stay there again! It exceeded my expectations!
The staff were very friendly, the air conditioner worked beautifully during the 80 degree days. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable! Having a cold craft beer available on tap at our arrival was a lovely surprise and also getting two delicious desserts, made by the owner, was fantastic after a long afternoon of Zip Lining!!! (Salted caramel mousse and a slice of tiramisu!)
We will definitely return for another stay! It is in walking distance to the local restaurants and our favorite brewery in southern Washington, Walking Man!!
