"Well located hotel. I thought it lacked a little luxury and finesse for it's 4 stars. I appreciated the idea of the market place on floor 2, but would prefer a staffed bar with full range of drinks, not just beer, wine or gin and tonic. More choice is required if this is the way forward. No upgrade to room offered, although expected it with Expedia. "

"Excellent! Great staff, lovely bed, with great bedding including down pillows! Parking easy and lovely walk into centre of Delft! Also sitting in front of fire in car area! Absolutely will return! Oh and excellent breakfast!"

"The hotel is in an excellent location any The Metro is nearby to access all areas of Rotterdam. In the same building there is the food hall which has a variety of food outlets in it. The bar in the hotel only opens on Friday and Saturdays (out of season?)"
