Our flat had everything we needed, including a microwave, coffee maker, pans & utensils. The location is great. The property managers were responsive to our questions. Parking isn't included, so we parked across the street in a garage.

Disappointing

Good: location is superb, close to everything... but that's all. Bad: most uncomfortable bed we have ever had in an apartment. Tiny room. Blackout windows didnt work so lots of light from 6am. Location in google is wrong, the entrance is through a back alley that has strong smell of the restaurant below. Lots of stairs (difficult if you have big luggage or baby trolley like we did). Fume extractor in the kitchen did not work either so you have to sleep with the smell of what you cooked. Overall, very very disappointing.

Mixed experience

We had a mixed experience here. First the good--really great location, super convenient parking, staff quick to respond to issues despite being off-site, apartment cute/comfy. Then the bad--our first room smelled very strongly of stale cigarettes despite the 'no smoking' sign, but we reached out to them through email (not through Hotels.com, they don't seem to check that message box as often), and they switched us to a different room.. that room smelled less like smoke but it was right on a busy street so it was kind-of loud. Also they had some issues with communication and the cleaning staff walked in on us during our first full day there because they thought we had checked out but we still had a full additional night and then after a day of sightseeing, when we got back to our room, our room keys were not working. And since there was no on-site reception we had to call/email them (but since it was after hours it was a bit of a pain), however they did show up very quickly as soon as we were able to get ahold of them--so again very mixed feelings. Definitely some positives but it wasn't the best experience

Good place to stay for tourists

It is an excellent place to stay. The best part is the location where everything that we needed was on walk. Thankful to Elena who accommodated our requests as well. Comfortable stay with good room and accessories.

We were surprised at how spacious the unit was. Everything was clean. They had plenty of kitchen appliances. Location was perfect. We loved walking to steam cafe in the morning before starting our day. We had a car and paid 270 NOK each day for parking in the jorenholm parking garage that was across the street.

The small apartment was really nicely located and everything was clean. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The bedroom window unfortunately could not open and there was no electric fan. We did not receive any instructions how to check in or how to check out and they did not answer the phone. We were lucky someone was cleaning that could help us check in, but with check out we just left the key inside and left as we did not know what to do.

Clean very basic appartment although very small. The appartment we had was not the same apartment as in the photos. The double bed is against three walls meaning you have to climb in. Oven wasnt working, nor were power points above the cooktop meaning you needed to boil the jug on the floor. Bathtub made a lot of noise when you stand in it for a shower which was annoying when there is a restaurant below etc. Dissappointing stay - we wouldn't recommend.

Super service

Min lejlighed lå i stueetagen. Kun vindue i stuen kunne åbnes let at hoppe op og ind fra gaden. Meget utrygt for mig som enlig rejsende. For mig var indkvartering virkelig ringe pga dette. MEN fik den bedste service af meget forstående kvinde, som gjorde simpelthen alt for at hjælpe og løse dette. Hun fortjener kæmpe ros, ydede den mest fantastiske service. Så 5 stjerner for hendes indsats og knap så god bedømmelse af netop min lejlighed i stueetagen. Andre er muligvis ikke generet af det som jeg var.

Appartement exigüe qui semble avoir été bricolé par l’amateur du dimanche. Porte de douche partiellement fonctionnelle. Odeur de gras qui émane de la hotte dans la pièce principale. Situé au dessus d’un restaurant, le tuyau d’évacuation d’air du resto donne directement dans la porte d’entrée principale et dégage une forte odeur. Les marches pour accéder au logement ne sont pas pratiques pour les bagages.

Top Appartement., super Lage, schöne Stadt

Es gab tatsächlich nichts nennenswertes zu bemängeln. Check In lief reibungslos, Code zugeschickt, Karte in der Box, Appartement 201gefunden und alles passt. Effiziente Nutzung des Raums. Küche bietet alles notwendige und annehmliche. Bad ist mit Handtüchern ausgestattet. Super: man kann die Box am TV mit seinem Prime Account verbinden und entsprechend Fernsehn und Filme seiner Wahl schauen. Kleines Manko ist, dass die Fenster nicht öffnenbar sind und somit die Lüftung permanent (auf Stufe Normal kaum wahrnehmbar) laufen muss und es ein bisschen war wurde. Lage? Perfekt! Parkhaus für das Auto direkt gegenüber. In der Innen- und Altstadt ist man direkt, wenn man ein paar Schritte aus der Tür macht. Für zwei Nächte absolut top.

Perfekt beliggenhet for både kortere eller lenger opphold. Meget bra utstyrt leilighet, med både stekeovn, micro og oppvaskmaskin. Lite minus for at personalet låste seg inn i leiligheten klokken 08 om morgenen, det føltes ikke greit.
