"Issues from the moment we checked in. I'll ignore small stuff like vomit in the shared laundry room, overflowing garbage and limited covered parking. I will focus however on more critical things like heating and communication with the facility management. The heating didn't work. The staff and the host were reaponsive to text and sent someone over to check it who couldn't fix the problem. They never followed back and I had to keep nagging them to provide an update. The Hyatt Sierra Lodge was a perfect location with great activities for everyone - walking trails, the Beach, hiking, biking, snow capped mountain views, cool dry air, perfect sunny skies, visiting all over Lake Tahoe including Incline Village, Heavenly, Emerald Bay, Tahoe City, Squaw Valley, and King's Beach.
