We had been looking forward very much to this glamping experience, but had to make a last minute reservation in another hotel. Terrible experience."

"Room has large kitchen, great walk-in shower, study, bedroom. Parking was a breeze. It is a short walk to downtown areas of Toluca. Breakfast was served to the room - great Mexican fruit cake and a nice pot of coffee. Really great."

"Huberto was a wonderful host and was extremely helpful finding an English guide for my trip to Vale de Bravo and an extremely reliable taxi service. Anything I had an issue with in the apartment was sorted out immediatelyThe apartment was excellent, and the views to the lake were outstanding. The only issue I felt was the swimming pool which I paid to be heated at the weekends but it appeared that everyone at the shared pool had the benefit. Also there should be more sunloungers and parasols...
