"Great place!"

"The Good; Resort is in a prime beach front location with easy access to pools, beach and restaurants on and off site. There is lots going on for couples and families. The Bad; The rum fish hotel within the resort is in need of a refurbishment. Rooms are very tired with old furniture and decor. The staff range from extremely helpful and happy , to downright rude and sulky. The Ugly; First room we were given was awful. Old furniture, sticky carpet, hair in bath and sink, calcified shower heads barely producing a dribble and extremely noisy a/c and non working safe. We changed rooms after one night , and although the new room was much better in terms of cleanliness, the a/c was really noisy and shower was useless. Overall verdict ; This resort trades off its location, which is hard to beat. However, for the price, the standard of accommodation is, well, sub standard. Wouldn’t return or recommend."

"This hotel is not like its pictured online. It is not updated and some things were falling apart. we had roaches in our room and reported a broken luggage rack. nothing was done to change our room or upgrade us. after watching a sunset we witness a couple and there young child playing in front of playa taco as RATS ran across the cement its only a miracle the child wasnt attacked. we reported it to front desk who said its florida its common here we checked out and left 4 days early, booked thru expedia and were not issued a refund even tho hotel only billed us for the one night expedia couldnt reach anyone to issue us a refund so im stuck paying for a week we werent there. food options are horrible if your allergic to seafood your extremely limited on what to eat also if you not there at designated time you cant eat certain foods. the pool areas and walkable areas were very dimly lit and honestly me and my wife felt uncomfortable. would NOT recommend this to anyone every. it took almost a whole day to inflate the water slide, mother nature didnt cooperate nor did the lovebugs that swarmed the whole area covering us as we walked. if it wasnt for the teacher convention it was devoid if customers staying the only plus was water was blue,"

"Loved the beautiful grounds and convenient location. Kept very clean. Friendly staff. Nightly rate is pretty high considering you have an additional daily $35 resort fee, $40/day to park your car, only get a free lounge chair by the pool, need to pay $29/day for them on the beach. Can't sit at the tables by tiki bar unless you order something. Drink and food is outrageously priced. Aside from nickle & dimeing you to death, its a beautiful place. "

"Bel endroit, propre, calme et très bien situé. Parfait pour escapade de quelques jours. Nous y retournerons assurément! Difficulté avec un membre du personnel à notre arrivée pour nous indiquer un stationnement à proximité mais le garçon au valet parking nous a très bien expliqué et a été très courtois. Beau séjour et bien logés."

"The Hyatt Regency Clearwater is a total win for its prime beach location and those massive suites with killer Gulf views. The pool deck sunsets are unbeatable, and having all the best shops and eats within walking distance makes for a super easy vacation."

"This place was very disgusting!! It has bed bugs!! They don't clean the room before you go in. When we went in there was a broken mirror, garbage in the bin in the room and there are bed bugs! Yes I said bed bugs! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAY HERE!! The general manager is rude and not friendly! They just want your money and to give you bed bugs! Save yourself the trouble! DO NOT GO!! "
