This apartment has just been redecorated to high standards, and offers a luxurious holiday accommodation. located in a very central area close to the beach, promenade and restaurants.
Served with lift, this apartment welcomes you to a modern living experience, having all the luxuries one requires. All the 3 bedrooms are king size beds and the main having an ensuite bathroom, Kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher microwave etc, There are 2 balconies , one overlooking the pool which also has a table and one can eat out in the balcony , and another balcony overlooking the street, Everything is walking distance and the bus stop is only across the road form the entrance . The electricity is on a meter and free credit is given to live comfortably as the apartment is fully air-conditioned, but if all the units are used you will put in €2 or €1 coins.

Lovely property, great sized bedrooms. Two balcony's, one overlooking the street one overlooking the swimming pool. Lovely good sized swimming pool, we was in it every day!!! The apartment has everything you need, towels, microwave washing machine, airer......a home from home. The location was great, right in the middle of Bugibba with buses to access the whole of Malta. Shops and beach just a short walk away, and plenty of restaurants. Sandra was an excellent host, brilliant communication prior to our stay. Her cousin Fleur was also brilliant during our stay. Sandra organised our transfer from the airport with Steve who gave an excellent tour en route to the apartment with some great suggestions of things to do and see.

Ideal apartment to stay in when visiting Malta

This is an ideal apartment to stay in if you are visiting Malta, specifically St. Paul’s Bay or surrounding areas. The apartment was clean and well-stocked, and Sandra was the perfect host who was on call to attend to our queries. Will definitely be staying here again on my visits to Malta.

Spacious apartment close to town

We had a great stay at Alexandra’s apartment. It was clean, well equipped and well placed for walking into and around the Bugibba / St Paul’s area. Alexandra was easy to get hold of and friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay and would recommend!

Great Apartment, Great Location

This was a lovely property in a vibrant area of Malta. A short walk from shops, bars and the coast offering swimming, water sports and plenty of restaurants. The communal pool was clean and quiet and a welcome opportunity to cool down. The apartment had all the home comforts needed to make our stay perfect for our family.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms with comfy beds very clean, there is everything you need just like home fully equipped kitchen she even puts a food pack in the fridge that will be very helpful for who ever does a late check in,Alexandra is very a nice woman I felt like I knew her for a long time I really recommend this place there is everything you need near by I will definitely be back when I need a break Once again thanks for everything Really enjoyed our stay

Recommend 10/10. Exactly as pictured. Sandra was super helpful with us. We had a little situation (water damage caused by neighbor) and she made sure to accommodate us and ensure our stay was confortable. We'd definitely stay there again !

Spacious getaway

Sandra was a great host; and helped us with transportation and parking. Her unit is spacious and is definitely comfortable to accommodate our party of 6 adults. Having the pool area is a bonus. Her location is excellent, close to the action, but far enough for quiet relaxation. Loved our time spent in Bugibba and Malta. Thanks Sandra for a great holiday!

Two week vacation

We spent two weeks here. We are two retired couples. The apartment is just as shown in the photographs. It was very clean and well furnished. We found the location excellent. It was a short walk to the water and the main square. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as grocery and other stores. Sandra was excellent to deal with. We would recommend this apartment without hesitation.

Lovely Apartment near sea front

The apartment is located in a convenient area for both walking and driving. The sea front and shops are within 5 minutes walk and Mdina, Rabat and Mosta are a short drive away. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. with balconies that catch the sun, one overlooks the pool is a nice place to spend time. I would stay again if I wanted to explore that area of Malta.

spacious apartment for a family or more

The apartment is quite central in Buggiba and easy to get around , to the beach and nearby villages. The owner came by a few later , to greet us. The only disadvantage to this place would be the construction noise that starts early in the morning , from the building right in front, and that woke us up every day... The kitchen is well equiped and the bathrooms are nice, plus the taxi service is convenient.

Tidy, functional and fair priced. Lack of a shower curtain in the en suite may be off putting for some. Washing machine always welcome. Pool area has lots of rules that no one follows but nothing there presented a problem for our family.

Very spacious & modern

We are a family of 5 kids ages 22 - 17 - 13 so big kids...... the apartment had everything you need a real home from home . It is very spacious & modern the pool is great only thing is most of the time the POOL CLOSED SIGN is up but the local residents still go in so we just followed suit... Alexandra came to see us the day after we arrived as we got in very late she had arranged our transportation from the airport and we also had a welcome pack in the fridge when we arrived, she thought of everything and couldn't have done enough for us. You are only 5 minutes walk to the square where you have all the bars and restaurants (no need to cook) but all mod cons in the apartment if you wanted to. We have been to Malta a number of times and have not stayed in an apartment that comfortably housed all of us with plenty of room that we were not falling over each other. A beautiful apartment in a lovely part of Malta

We (a family of 5) stayed in this apartment for a week at the start of October and found it to be a perfect and well equipped base for exploring all that Malta has to offer! The apartment itself is very well laid out and decorated so beautifully. The aircon is great and Alexandra really did supply everything we needed, including tea, coffee, sugar, milk and some groceries to get us started. The only slight problem we found in the apartment was that although the sofa in the living area is so nice and comfortable it really only seats 3 people and there was 5 of us and I believe the apartment can sleep 8. Lots of lovely dinner seating and outdoor seating and space, but that was a slight problem for us as we tended to stay in most evenings. TV wise there is a great package, with everything you could want and more! The shared pool outside is really good and we mostly had it to ourselves. Location wise the apartment was fantastic, everything was on the doorstep and we found Bugibba a great place to stay with good restaurants and shops and good bus links to go anywhere on the island. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Malta. Thanks for a great stay Alexandra.
