Staff was very nice but the room had a large amount of black mold in the tub and the room smelled very strong of cigarette smoke. I hope they are able to mitigate the health risk

Staff was amazing. Room needs significant cleaning and repairs. Disappointed that the toilet wasn’t attached and rocked when using it. Thankfully it didn’t leak. Blood stains on the mattress cover and room/bedding smelled like cigarettes. After showering, we walked barefoot - the floors are not clean.

I was looking for an extended stay sort of situation while I prepare the house I bought there for occupancy. This is one of the cheapest options available in DT St. Louis. It is not fancy, but decent. Comfortable bed and good shower. The owners are nice and take care of any issues that arise. I sometimes prefer places like this without pretension.

No frills motel, really close to the downtown, not a lot else to praise. Room was nice & clean, but it does lack some creature comforts of a nicer spot. Good enough to lay your head at the end of the night

Bed was comfortable and refrigerator worked good. BUT the floor was dirty. Got Black feet walking barefoot. Area looks like it is being renovated, which is good. If it was summer walking distance to the Gateway Arch, since it is under a mile.

Worth the price, nothing fancy

At around $100 a night, it was the cheapest hotel in the area I was searching. The person working the front desk was friendly, helpful, and professional. The free parking lot is located behind the hotel, so it's hidden from the road, and the place is covered with security cameras. I travelled with a "luxury" vehicle and had no problems. The rooms were what I expected. The sheets smelled clean, despite the stains and cigarette burn holes. The room itself was clean on the surface, although less so under the mattresses and anywhere that you need to move something to see. There were NO bedbugs, the AC worked VERY well (brought the room from over 80 to under 70 in about 10-15 minutes), and the wi-fi was faster than many hotels I've stayed at. Final verdict is that this place is worth the price. It certainly isn't a $400/night Hilton, but if you're just looking for a cheap place to rest your head at the end of the day, this place will do the job!

Unfortunately the experience was horrible. The hotel looked abandoned, very dirty, with a junked elevator and closed stairs. The only employee was even friendly. I preferred to give up the daily rate and look for another hotel.

Inside the unit was " okay" , not the greatest maintenance. Apparently the 3rd floor is for non- smoking but I can smell cigarette smoke in my unit so either its traveling up from the 2nd level or someone previously smoked in my room. Their was cracked compound in the bathroom and whoever did the compound job did not know what the were doing. Whoever chose the bathroom paint colors makes poor decisions. Ceiling was white but the other 2 colors were two- tone gray, one lighter gray and a darker grey with a dark brown door? The flooring was very nice, good quality vinyl plank and it was very clean. The bed was nice, comfortable and pillows were excellent. The trash can in the unit was a empty bucket from laundry detergent. These are just observations that Mgmt should be made aware of. Every window on the exterior of the facility are very dirty and someone used the wrong cleaner in their attempt at washing them. All the window ledges are also dirty. Mgmt either doesnt follow up on staff and ensure these daily cleaning tasks are getting done well or at all. For all the down time while its slow, MGMT could be doing these cleaning tasks. The carpet on the concrete stairs going up to floor 2 or 3 is filthy and should be removed, after all steps are concrete. It appeared to be quite vacant even for the lowest price in town.I was probably only the 3rd or 4th car in the parking lot. I would say based on the cleaniness & maintenance , it is still overpriced.I smelled alot of weed as wel

Clean the drug needlws off the fro t sidewalk. Oh and the barbes wire and broken glas all around the facility was super traumatizing.

Nothing like being in a hotel where the fire detector was missing but the base was full of tissue papper. The beds were dirty with hair and stains and best part was the department of safety for the elevator was 2 year past expiration date.

Was supposed tk have 2 rooms with 2 beds apiece. They was only going to give us one. Finally got the second one and it only had one bed. Heater didnt work in one room. Staff didnt want to do anything about it other than give extra blankets with cigarette burns in them. Shower in single room looked like someone caught the shower on fire while cooking meth. They finally have us a new room that the water wouldnt work in had to take apart faucet to fix ourselves. Would not recommend wish i could give negative stars.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE

This location is absolutely DISGUSTING. It’s filthy & looks like a pay by the hour for illicit activities. The pictures advertised look NOTHING like what you get in person. The owner over charges & takes advantage of the fact this location is a 8 min walk from a venue that hosts concerts, etc. There is no way this location should even be option on Hotels.com.
