There is a lot of building working going on all over Malta …. It was a mission trying to find a quiet spot, the hotel did there best for us and gave us a room on the 9th floor…. With a great view 😍

The staff are extremely friendly and help with whatever is needed. Everything is clean and safe, and the hotel is close to many dining and tourist options. The rooms and facilities are simple and everything is mostly in good working condition.

Location is ideal. Near plenty of mass transit options. Multiple restaurants within walking distance. Housekeeping staff is great, prompt, and responsive. Front desk is organized, helpful, and friendly. Would stay here again.

Despite not having breakfast the hotel was really nice , very good location, rooms were clean and spacious. They provided juice downstairs daily and mini bites in the morning to eat. The staff in reception were very friendly, only downfall is hearing another room had a cockroach in it on the last night which made me scared to sleep in my own room! But for barely being in the room on this weekender it was a very good place to stay.

Well located hotel close to many restaurants and clubs, despite this you could get a really good nights sleep with no disturbance from outside. The room we got initially had broken AC but the staff quickly rectified this by changing our room. The shower is also in the room itself, there’s no separate bathroom as I was travelling with my partner it was fine but avoid if travelling with friends.

Ray greated us very friendly and we were able to check in early Room was clean and bed and pillows verh comfy, Bathroom area in bedrokm but plenty of room Shower hot ivwasnt jern on the rainfall shower head but that is personal choice Breakfast ok but limited Grace off reception was very friendly and helpful Rooftop pool small about 2mx4m With 6 sunbed but sun doesn't really get to that area of roof. Great location easy walkable to lisds of bars and restaurant. A little noisy at the weekend but didnt disturb sleep. It did have a balcony but very small

Overall a very pleasant hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The set-up with the shower only being behind a flimsy curtain would be a bit strange for two friends staying together, but wasn't an issue for me as I was on my own. The shower did leak through the guard though. It could be noisy on the night at times, but no more than what would be expected in the area. The pool and area around it is very small, but perfectly pleasant. I would be happy to stay there again.

The staff were polite and the cleaning was fine. The rooms are very loud - both loud noise from the street and from other rooms and floors constantly. Climate control was malfunctioning regulary. The basin of the shower was close to falling apart. Bright lamp that cannot be switched off on the balcony.

Was a pleasant stay

Check in was great as we arrived during the night after a late flight. Check out was also fab as again we left at 3am. There wasn’t much in terms of security at the hotel, as the the front doors were just open at all hours for anyone to walk in, as nobody on reception questioned. The noise from the next door hostel was quite loud during the night. Rooftop pool was slightly disappointing, owning to it being shaded by surrounding buildings. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but the room itself was pleasing. No kettle which was disappointing, and the lack of mirrors was less than convenient. Hotel itself was ok for what we needed it for as we were visiting for a wedding so were out of the room more than we were in it. It was clean which is the main thing!

Hotel is good for a few days away. Only a few things that could be improved such shower situation, the shower itself is nice but it is open to see in the room. I travelled with a friend so we either had to go out of the room or wear a bikini in the shower. The curtains around it are see through. Another thing is that the balcony door did not seem to shut properly.

You call this a swimming pool? My bathtub is bigger. Also we paid for a late check out and the staff couldn't decide what time was the check out. The first told us 6, the second 2 and the last one gave us the room till 4 with additional payment. Overall very kind staff and a good breakfast.

The hotel is very conveniently located for both sightseeing and night life. The bus stop is right next to the hotel and you can take busses to take to Valetta and other destinations from the main station there or - the other way - to the ferry to Gozo. The hotel is clean and the rooms rather small, but have all you need in. The only disadvantage is the leaking shower cabin, which requires more attention with the water. It’s possible to order breakfast in the hotel, which has to be announced at the reception the day before, but you can also go out to many fantastic places in the neighbourhood. In general - positive experience!

Good but could have been better

The hotel was exactly like it is on the website very neat and clean lobby and friendly staff plus very helpful The downside that me and girlfriend experience was the poor, which was promised to be done by the weekend but wasn’t and had hoped to spend time together at the swimming pool so for us that was a major disappointment
