Fantastic holiday

My stay was amazing everything you needed was in your room i could mot fsult anything. The pool towels were very much a bonus My only complaint was the loud music from the hotel opposite which wemt on until about 9pm. Thefood in the resturant was amazing

This is a perfectly reasonable place but not quite up there to get a good rating. Staff were pleasant and friendly but service was often slow both at reception, breakfast and by the pool. Many sun loungers were broken. Towels by the pool and in the room ok but looking tired and a bit warm. Slight smell from the drains in all rooms. Nothing to put me off coming back at a reasonable price but also not quite up there to get me rushing to book again soon.

Very nice staff, Sayma was lovely checking me in and super helpful. Staff were more than happy to help with our enquiries too. The luggage room was also an absolute plus as someone with late flights!

Luxury Reimagined: The Art of Almost

If ever there were a case study in how to take a potentially delightful hotel and run it with the precision of a student house share, this is it. One might almost call it “5-star chic” — all the trappings, none of the substance. The Gen Z clientele clearly adore it: Instagrammable corners aplenty, and management that seems equally committed to the principle of style triumphs over functioning safes, clean cups, or replenished tea bags. Housekeeping demonstrated admirable consistency in never once replacing towels correctly or noticing that cups still bore evidence of prior adventures. Truly, one must admire such dedication to minimalism. The fire alarm one morning was a masterclass in nonchalance. Should there ever be a genuine blaze, I feel confident we would ascend not via the fire stairs, but straight to the heavens — a unique check-out experience, if you will. And then there’s the 3am to 5am entertainment — a thoughtful addition for those who tire of mere sleep. When the local nightclubs close, the hotel very generously transforms into a kind of open-plan dormitory experiment, complete with corridor duels, balcony courtships, and the dulcet tones of nocturnal revelers. A true community spirit. In short, if you’ve ever wondered what would happen if a college dorm won the lottery and bought itself a chandelier, this is your answer

All in all a nice hotel

We had a good stay overall, despite a few hickups. We had asked in advance for two rooms next to each other, as we were a family traveling. When we arrived we were not even on the same floor. But they changed one of the rooms the next day, so we were at least on the same floor. AC kept turning off in both our rooms, resulting in us waking up several times in the middle of the night because of the heat. The staff tried to fix this though, but didn't succeed. They were very service minded and tried to be helpful. The breakfast is nothing to brag about, it was quite disappointing, but dinner at the same restaurant was the best food experience we had in Malta during our week there. Absolutely reccomend it! Beware that the hotel is located in the party district. We were not aware, and there was a lot of young people out partying from afternoon until morning. The pool area was nice, but crowded of very young tourists. Good standards, clean hotel, spacious rooms, delicate and nice interior. All in all we enjoyed our stay!

Weekend break to Malta

We had a lovely weeked trip to Malta, the Number11 hotel was fantastic, very clean, modern and friendly staff. We were awoken every night at 3am by the nearby student bars & construction site at 6am. Many thanks :)

Even it was stated that the hotel was soundproof, and a reason why I choose this hotel, it was quite the opposite, there was a lot of noise from outside, but even more from inside the hotel, could hear peoples tv from across the hallway, and it was not turned up unreasonably, for one thing.

I was absolutely blown away by this find, great property and very professional hospitality. I particularly want to commend the two receptionist I encounter at the reception Suzanne Kiers and Joelle Deleeuw. They were helpful and charming at all times. A lovely hotel in a very accessible location. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and was made to feel very relaxed. My room was a decent size, clean modern and close to lots of amenities. Hotel staff were exceptionally kind, helpful and courteous. I felt very welcome and as if nothing was too much bother. My only issue was with the surrounding area as there is a lot of construction taking place which isn't the fault of the hotel but my advice would be to remain cautious walking around as there isn't always solid pavement to walk on. The area is also very lively lots of loud bars/clubs and young people partying but fortunately the sound proof windows conveniently blocked out the noise to my great satisfaction! I'd highly recommend staying here.
