The room was fine, clean and serviceable. To check in you need to call or ring a bell, even in early evening, you can't get into the Lobby. Check in is pretty quick. Sadly if you are in a room that faces the street, you are going to get a lot of noise. Breakfast was less than good. Again you need to ring the bell or call to get in. At 0730, it wasn't set up, coffee was done, not that good, and just cereal. It was convenient to my travel plans and certainly not the worst for the money.

My wife and I had a great experience at Ameristay Inn. Check in was fast. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect..cereal, fruit, muffins, juice, milk, and coffee. Pet Friendly. A/C works great. Right by the highway. Gas stations and places to eat close by. We will stay again.

Everything I needed was all there!

It was a great size room for my few days stay. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I forgot to pack a few things to get ready for the day and they were more than helpful to let me use some of their items. If I ever come through town again I will be staying here. Thank you Ameristay for your hospitality!

Our experience at Ameristay Inn has been great! We needed a place to go qhile we waited for our place to ve ready. Check In was easy and fast. The owner was super friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The parking lot is clean. Parking is right outside your door. They have a breakfast of ceral, fruit, muffins, coffee, milk.. Housekeeping is very accommodating. There are gas stations and food places close. It sits right by the highway so easy access for travelers. It's quiet at night. The beds are comfortable. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay hwre again. This hotel is a 10 out of 10.

My first stay was favorable but this stay the room had been used hard, chair and ottoman were filthy, several areas needed repair in the bathroom. Not fresh. Staff was nice. Generally safe feeling - not worth the price I paid. Disappointed in the conditions in the room.

This was a very poorly maintained property. For a handicapped room, which was not what I needed, just the only king bed room they had. They did a fair job of cleaning. The bath tub drained slow, & hair came up out of it when we turned the water on. We should have left when we checked in, but we had been on the road all day.

Staff was wonderful but room was extremely dated and run down. Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean but a chair in the room was filthy. I wouldn't go near it. Non smoking room but reeked of years of smoking in my opinion.

I appreciated the courtesy of the staff very much. The room was very pleasant, clean. Nice decor. Shelf for the towels coming out of the wall. Dusting needed around vents. Bathroom door too swollen to close. Holes in the shower need patching - afraid of cameras. Fridge a little noisy at night. The lounge chair faded and worn. Biggest complaint is the quality of the bed. Very uncomfortable.

I overlooked the bad reviews about the cleanliness and broken locks (which were correct) because of the location convenience for us and the fact that it had a pool for our kids...the pool was closed down. We are really frustrated that they advertised a pool and didn't actually have it in working order. Definitely not worth the $120 for the night and not fair to advertise and have people pay for it and not be able to provide, bad business in my opinion.

The room seemed clean enough, what we could see. The lighting was so very dim; it was still dark in there with the lamps on. The lock on the door was broken where someone from the outside had tried to break in on someone. It left us feeling unsafe. We had an issue with our billing, but we had screenshots, so the attendant didn't make us pay again. There was no warm breakfast items. Toast, cereal, and some packaged mini muffins. The milk was in a carafe; we didn't know how old it was. One washcloth for the two of us. Don't go to this motel.

Room was clean but a little rough. We checked in late (dark out) and it was hard to find a light that would turn on when we came in. The switch by the door didn’t work. One lamp wasn’t plugged in and we had to unplug the refrigerator to be able to use it. The toilet paper holder seemed like it might fall out of the wall. The door had a deadbolt and we felt safe but the safety lock at the top of the door was broken/couldn’t work. We were too tired to ask to change rooms but ours could have used some attention.
