Stunning Views
The views from this property were stunning, gorgeous, amazing, unbeatable, but there were some issues with the property.
The pros:
Property Manager: Kevin was great, super friendly, responsive, brought us a grill and was overall quite easy to work with.
The view: perched on a hillside among other villas, the view of the Caribbean Sea is amazing and was the centerpiece of this property
Bedrooms: comfortable & large with ensuite bathrooms. The linens were clean, and the conditions of the room were fine
The pool: large and there was a nice area for working out and enjoying the sun.
The deck: large, great for grilling, and observing the gorgeous sea
The cons:
Communication with the owner was sometimes confusing but at the end of the day, questions were answered, and everything worked out.
The property: while we were “upgraded” to view 62 which had a great view, we paid for a 3-bedroom property and received one with two bedrooms. In fact, the on-site property manager told us neither property had 3 bedrooms- the description on VRBO is misleading.
The pool: fine but needed to be treated, e.g., with shock.
Villa as a whole: the kitchen had basic items, but things were lacking; an example being a cutting board (which we purchased). While there were just enough bath towels the property did not have beach towels, so we had to buy them as well. Beach towels were not cheap. The furniture in this villa is not as depicted on VRBO and the deck needs some TLC.
Mosquitoes were bad, no fault of the property but just something to be aware of for future visits.
The view was the best part of this property and I think that with some updates, it would be an amazing villa.
