The staff was very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed chatting with everyone. They provided good tips and recommendations. The property can use some TLC and upkeep. Nothing major, just the small things. Overall, a decent stay for the price.

Property is older than pictured. Staff was pleasant, cleaning staff was efficient and effective. AC in the room was excellent. Toilet in the room was finicky. Overall the property served it's purpose during Spice Mas.

Host greeted us warmly and was very helpful and kind he made sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. Went out of his way to make sure we were safe getting across the street to a local shop. The facility was nice and quiet. Clean very affordable would recommend. Thank you Nick you are an asset to the hotel.

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures online, first the pool is not clean, the lounge chairs are all ripped, the rooms are out dated and poorly done. The room I had was very small. The shower water barely came out. There was no breakfast as was promised online. The property overall is poorly run and in poor condition. Its truly shameful because the property has potential to be better. I was very disappointed and will not trust the photos of any hotel online again. This place was definitely an episode for catfish!!!!. The positive about the experience was the staff, they were all pleasant and helpful.

The property is in needs to bring the rooms to a comfort and updated level. Beds were uncomfortable and lining covers were old and smelled, pillows need replacement. lighting in the rooms is poor and the air conditioning did not work well, hard to get rest with bad air conditioner and bad bed.

The wi-fi is really terrible. Basically little to none in the rooms & it is only stronger if you’re near the pool or lobby. Water pressure in the shower is very low and plus the shower window wasn’t sliding so anybody can walk by and see you naked. Otherwise, staff was very pleasant. Beds were clean and air conditioning was strong.

Friendly staff

Absolutely friendly staff, close to city, airport, activities and local busses. The only issue we experience was the water flow which was low pressured. Also the hotel needs some remodeling. Above that we had a great time.

Family run hotel, we stayed there for the cricket in Feb. After problems with delayed luggage, the hotel could not do enough to help us. From the owner Mr Wilson downwards to his daughter Maria to all the staff nothing was too much trouble to them. Good location to beaches and airport will be paying another visit in the future.

We had to wait until someone got back from a break, or wherever he was to check in, approx 10 minutes. He couldn’t find our reservation and asked for a receipt. Lucky I had it. He was on the brink of rude, which is very unrepresentative of the people of Granada. He then ran off to check a room and didn’t come back for a while. When he did return, I asked for a room upstairs not the one on the ground floor he was putting us in. He then couldn’t run off again, so when we arrived to our room there were 6 cockroaches in the bathtub. I’m assuming he got rid of the ones in the lower room. The room was very run down and in desperate need of an upgrade. There was a dead plant outside our room that was being used as a litter box. The pool was dirty, the bottom covered in leaves. The only reason I booked it was because it was close to the airport on our way out. Had I known that there were many very nice places on the beach that were also only 5 minutes from the airport, I would have booked one of them.

The staff were really nice. The food was excellent. The pool was horrible. The pool looked like it was never cleaned or had chloride added to it. Next problem was that water kept going. I had to leave to go to the airport without taking a bathe.
