We wanted a clean place to spend the night after being on the road for a horrible, rainy, long car ride. It was 3 hours after our planned check in and we could not cancel the reservation. The bed was good and the water was hot in the shower. That is the only good thing about this property. There were bugs in the hallway, no rooms ready for rent on the first floor, rail broken on the steps to the second floor, mold on some of the curtains (not in our room), broken light, bad tv service, dirty carpet and walls, refrigerator full of ice build up, electric plug for hair dryer and coffee pot broken, breakfast was fair.

This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at. The minute you pulled up the large canopy at office was falling down and very dangerous and not roped off. The room was filthy, mold everywhere, People stood outside our room, smoking and smoke was coming in from AC.

Should probably be shut down!

Disgusting to say the least. After traveling all days we just wanted a bed and a shower. I had booked a king room only to arrive and be told only a double queen room was available. Upon entering the room it smelled of cat urine, had stains on the carpet, holes in the curtain, part of the ceiling and wall falling down in the bathroom, hair on the floor, and the safety latch half ripped outbof the door. Went to the front desk and requested a different room. Second room was a little better, although the sink was full of hair and the laminate floor was so dirty it turned the bottom of my feet black. We went aheadvand stayed due to the late hour and being so tired. Awoke to find the "deluxe hot breakfast buffet" consisted of waffles, cereal, a bowl of oranges and prepackaged muffins. Left and had breakfast at McDonald's across the street so we could get away this horrible hotel.

The hotel is terribly outdated. Stains on carpet and chairs. It was clean though and the staff was friendly. It doesn’t look like it’s pictures!

The front desk staff were friendly. Otherwise this was the dirtiest hotel I have ever been in. Don’t let the online photos fool you. When we pulled in the overhang in front of the entrance door had a gapping hole and was rotting. Honestly, I would have left immediately, except we were tired, had chosen this place because we could bring our dog and it was time to feed the dog as well. Except for the bedding, the room was dirty. Streaks on floor and when I accidentally spilt water on floor, I used a cloth to clean it and the cloth was black. Refrigerator had a melting block of ice in the ice compartment. There were water and toothpaste spots on the bathroom mirror. I washed counters with soap and water and kept my shoes on. “Deluxe breakfast” was a joke. Mainly cold, packaged, sugary foods. Warning! Don’t choose this facility, even if they do welcome dogs.

This hotel was more like a motel. The pictures of this property is very misleading. This property is dirty and run down. We had roaches meeting us every time we went in the bathroom. If we didn't have to rest after a long drive we wouldn't have stayed.

The rug was dirty, not vacuumed! Shower was nice, door kept opening up. Couch would not sit on dirty / old. Room needs updating. It was my 3rd time staying, won’t be again!
