"Surprised on this hotel. The room was conveniently located with walking distance to central downtown. The room was clean and easy to check in. I would recommend. The only downside is the parking in central Detroit is bad, You will need to use the valet service to make it easy and that will cost you $50+ overnight. That being said the valet service/staff was easy and friendly. Detroit is on the right track hope this continues."

"Awesome location- we walked to Comerica Park for the ball game! Nearby construction noise SUCKED at the crack of dawn plus the all night screaming by someone on street made for a bad nights sleep. Catwalk to casino was nice. Make sure to tell rideshare driver to drop you off at HOTEL and not casino to avoid two block walk with your luggage."

"Honestly I was disappointed in our stay. We spent extra money on a "luxury" hotel for 1 night rather than staying 2 nights in the city, so it was a big deal to splurge. There was a wedding at the hotel, and it felt super crowded, like we were in the way when we were in any of the shared spaces. Then in the middle of what should have been our romantic evening, the fire alarm went off and we had to stand out in the rain for 30 minutes. We heard staff saying it was likely a drunk wedding guest, and I heard another guest mention it had gone off earlier in the day, which seems truly bizarre. By the time we got back to our room it was after 11pm, so I tried to send a message to the hotel inquiring about late checkout, but I never heard back. Maybe we caught them on a bad night, but I couldn't recommend this hotel."
