The outside of the property was a bit rough, but the room itself was very nice. Clean, nicely renovated and unexpected comfort. The staff was friendly and helpful. The stay was a good value, once you get past the exterior it met our expectations as an inexpensive night stay.

My room was clean with fresh linens and towels and toiletries. The staff was respectful and friendly, particularly the man Imran at the front desk. The convenience of the I-Hop restaurant adjacent to the property makes eating convenient. I definitely recommend staying at the Days Inn at the i-95 outlet mall.

We stayed 3 days! Myself, husband, Mom, and Father in Law..we got 2 seperate rooms. We asked them to put us downstairs and next to each other, the guy at the desk was AMAZINGLY HELPFUL. He jumped right in and got us 2 rooms downstairs and next to each other. The rooms were VERY CLEAN, stocked with towels, beds were clean with lots of pillows. The refrigerator, and microwave were clean. The staff was super friendly! My next trip to St. Augustine we are definitely booking with this motel. I give it 20 stars 🌟!

I just wanted to say that I had the best experience ever I never stay a hotel that is so beautiful and so clean as this hotel. Clean room. The first night there the room next door had a dog barking in it till 1 am. I went to the front desk earlier that night and was told her had no phone number to call the people stating in that room. The dog was there all by it's self
