"Room smelled very bad like sewer , who ever cleaned my room left sticky black foot prints on the tile and just left it there … they charged me 5 days early for the room even tho I chose pay at check in. Then they charged me the full amount plus an extra 190 with no explanation "

"Great stay! Clean rooms and a great location right by the River Walk. Concierge Brandon was amazing—he explained everything nearby and assisted us to our room during check-in and back to our car at check-out. Everything was 10 out of 10."

"Clean room. Housekeeping didn’t come until we asked for it. This was the only area that wasn’t good. All other staff were friendly and very helpful. "

"Seemed like a lot going on at this hotel. Free drinks free popcorn. A lot of people in the restaurant. Comfy beds, good sized room and really impossibly close to 95 to get going the next day. Also very close to lots of food options, gas etc."

"I can’t figure out how this place was rated as excellent. It was last updated in the 70’s. It was dark and tired looking. Mattress was flat and hard, pillows were like sleeping on rocks. No up to date toiletries in the bathroom. Toilet was the lowest ever. Towels were paper thin worn out. A dank sour smell in everything. This is a $70.00 per night hotel. They may as well tear it down and start all over. "
