So lovely, just as pictured. Some small businesses, restaurants on the ajoining road and there was a farmers market one night with so many vendors, food, etc and so convenient to walk to from the inn

Peaceful and spacious

We really enjoyed our stay at Art City Inn. The check-in process was the easiest I have ever experienced. A code is provided and no time is spent waiting to be checked in. The garden area was peaceful and we really enjoyed the little waterfall. The room was spacious and nice! We will definitely stay again.

This boutique hotel was lovely. We were greeted by a very nice staff member in the lobby. Our room was lovely. We enjoyed the hot tub. The breakfast was everything that I like (fruit yogurt granola muffins). Overall I thought it was a good value and very cute.

The suite is adorable, and I love that there is a balcony right outside the room as well as a nicely landscaped courtyard with a hot tub. The character of the old building is so welcoming and charming. I appreciate the small details like house plants, robes, and gold silverware. I wish I could stay longer! I'll be back when I need a personal retreat in the future.

Just what the Dr ordered

10 minutes from the Provo Airport. Highly recommend La Casita Mexican food a couple blocks away. Very Kewl museum a couple blocks away. Room was super comfortable. Breakfast was Purfect. Next tyme we will bring a swimming suit for the hot tub.

This is a wonderful little place in an historic building. The room and courtyard were nice. Really no complaints overall. There is no desk, and no one working on site though, which gave it a bit of the feel of being in a Twilight Zone episode. The door to the cold breakfast automatically unlocked in the morning, and it just felt a bit dystopian. I couldn't get the mini-split too cool, which wasn't a big issue, but I also couldn't ask at the desk. If you like solitude, this is the place for you!

The location was SO convenient, being only 15 minutes from BYU's pool, which was my destination for this trip. Springville, UT is such a cute town, so clean and quiet with 2 great restaurants within 100 yards of Art City Inn, but also, located within a very short walk is a small artisan chef bakery commercial kitchen that has a small storefront, called Lemon and Sage Market. The area & town are great, but also the rooms at Art City Inn are very clean, comfortable, well appointed with extra blankets, microwave, fridge & freezer, & hot tub in the courtyard. Eric and Amy are very responsive, and sent all the pertinent information in advance, such as gate codes, wifi access, so there were zero difficulties when arriving and checking in. There are also very clear and easy to find instructions on how to adjust the heat/a/c in the rooms. Everything was covered, so there were no unpleasant surprises, only happy ones, such as having time to discover the town, because check-in was such a breeze. I definitely have Art City Inn bookmarked for future stays near the BYU/Provo/Salt Lake areas.
