Very nice hotel

Great hotel, from check in to the very nice, updated and clean room. I have significant allergies and there were no strong scents or fragrances. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Service and Atmosphere

The staff were very friendly. The hotel was clean and well taken care of from the time we stepped in the front door to our room. The room was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

We were given the key to our room, went to the room, swiped the card and entered only to find the room was already occupied. The occupant was quite startled and quite perturbed. NOT cool. The next room we were given had a toilet that overflowed upon flushing. Got it fixed...only to run into the same problem with the same toilet the next morning. Again - NOT cool.

Excellent!

The Best extended stay hotel in Springfield, ILLINOIS. Cost more but worth it!! Best breakfast! They also serve food and drinks on selected days during the week - complimentary to your stay. The manager of guest services is professional and friendly. The general manager is awesome as well.
Meatball sandwich and fries served free on Wednesday evening!

Nice layout and medium to higher priced hotel but The hotel is built cheaply. It’s all great but If you’re above the first floor just dont walk around your room because the people below you will complain about the noise.

We have stayed at other Residence Inn's. Our stay was short but comfortable. Front office personnel were nice and helpful with recommendations regarding restaurants and town. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Hallway was warm and smelled slightly musty. All and all stay was comfortable and would definitely stay there again.
