The check in service was fine; I was even upgraded. However, none of the property had been cleared of the significant recent snow. Room's sofa is stained. AND, when I went to shower in the morning, the faucet didn't work properly. There was only very hot water and I couldn't turn it off and couldn't shower. In informed the front desk as I checked out that the water was still running in the tub and needed immediate attention. I'd really like a refund, honestly. First stay months back was fine; this stay will likely not encourage me to stay there again. Hilton, you can do better than this!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel had been renovated recently and was very clean. The location was very close to restaurants and stores if you forgot anything you need while traveling.

Nice new hotel. Clean, modern rooms with comfortable beds and awesome pillows. Was next to the ice machine which was loud all night but also next to the pool and couldn't hear the kiddos at all. Was really nice.
