"Awesome stay"

"Pros- Clean and safe hotel. Greeted with a smile when I walked in and we checked in early no problem. Breakfast was fully restocked even close to closing time. Staff was friendly and cordial even to our guest visiting us at hotel with regards to parking. We used the pool, gym and laundry room - all were clean. Forgot clothes in laundry room after closing and the night attendant let me in twice. It wasn’t a problem at all, it wasn’t a bother whenever my group needed anything or had a question. You will use your key card to access everything. The construction at Nissan stadium did not wake me up. This will be the best location to stay when the stadium opens. I felt my car was safe in the parking garage as many reviews from other hotel experienced overnight break-in into vehicles. Cons-while I felt my car was safe in the garage, the garage elevators do go directly to the hotel rooms. I don’t think anyone can drive or walk in garage without key or operate inside the elevator without key, so this may not be a problem at all it’s just different. I guess I’m just accustomed to everyone walking thru the lobby on camera. Parking garage is tight going around corners and not really visible due to concrete walls, just give a quick soft beep of horn as you approach the corners. Overall hotel was a 10 out of 10 and I would stay definitely stay again. "

"This property has Valet parking only at 65.00. Street parking is the same price. Your car is suppose to be protected but they seem to like to damage people's cars and then not say anything. They had to have known its not a scratch its a DEEP scratch on my brand new car. "
