"This Ramada is a beautiful place, there is an indoor pool with a slide, a courtyard with fire pits and yard games. I had to leave before the continental breakfast was set up, however, there was "breakfast to go" for me. I will stay here again if I'm ever in Spokane."

"Bldg 6 is 1/4 mile from the front desk (I clocked it). No breakfast included. Construction workers outside my (boarded off) glass door at 6:30 AM, meaning I had to keep the blackout curtains closed. View of a dusty construction site. Waited 20 minutes to check in. Both desk personnel were taking reservations on the phone. Maybe have one on the phone and the other attending to the line of six guests waiting to check in?"

"Was delayed in travel ended up not staying. Called numerous times to cancel reservations and phone calls were never answered. And was still charged for not staying even though I had travel insurance "
