Our stay was eventful to say the least. My husband had an emergency and the ladies at the front desk were wonderful. We had no problems checking in or out. It was quite for what time we spent sleeping. Over all not our first time here, and will definitely be back again! Thank you Super 8

Nice hotel for the price. Clean and cozy. It rained a lot and we had a leak in our window, nothing a towel couldn’t fix. The breakfast was very minimal but included in rate. The pool was located in the hotel next door. Overall, good stay with good location in Spokane Valley.

The staff at the front desk were good. The room seemed ok until we pulled back the blanket and saw that the sheets seemed cleaned but had old stains of who knows what. The blanket was horrible it was nubby and itchy. The pillows were horrible as well, they smelt of sweaty body odour. The breakfast was just a joke. One toaster for the entire place and no bread or bagels all that was there was just processed frozen breakfast burritos, frozen waffles, frozen strudels and boiled eggs . No yogurt, no granola and no fruit. We have stayed here before and it was fine for a decent price passing through but we will definitely not stay there again and would not recommend.

Great location. The front desk staff were nice except 1 lady was rude. The pool was great. The breakfast sucked. Any good aspects were negated by the filth of the place. The floors were disgusting, both the carpet and tiled, we wore our shoes the whole time. There was food left from a previous guest. The windows were covered in fingerprints. They only clean, take out garbage and give extra supplies like toilet paper every 3 days unless asked. We were a family of 5 staying in a family suite. The bunk beds provided were awful. no padding just a futon on a metal frame plus they were on the floor, because there were no legs on it. Will never go back, this place gives Super 8 a bad name.

We booked 5 rooms and the AC was not working in 4 of them. One of the rooms also smelt so terrible we had to move to a different one even though we booked all non smoking rooms. Only one room had a pleasant stay with clean bedding and working AC. Also “breakfast included” is a stretch. They had a coffee pot and some instant oatmeal. The front desk staff were friendly but not very knowledgeable.

We were very disappointed to find out that the pool and hot tub are not located in the same building as our room. This should be clearly stated before guests make a reservation, as it is important information for families with children. Unfortunately, our experience was also affected by cleanliness issues. My kids found empty bottles underneath the bed, which was very disappointing and made us question the thoroughness of the room cleaning. This was our first stay at Super 8 where we were not completely satisfied. We hope management will take this feedback seriously and improve both the communication about the facilities and the cleanliness of the rooms.
