The staff was amazingly kind and the breakfast was the best we have had in our 2 weeks in Croatia. The location is fantastic and I would highly recommend the restaurant as well.

We had a lovely room, the hosts were excellent, very friendly and helpful. They helped us with parking and the concierge met us to help with our luggage as the hotel is in a pedestrianized zone. The hotel is right in the middle of old ten Split which is lovely.

This is a wonderful property with only 5 units and an open-air restaurant/courtyard. The hosts are friendly and helpful and free wine anytime is a bonus! Full breakfast included as well!! Location is perfect for accessing the Green Market, the waterfront and shops and restaurants too. The unit was clean, with comfy bed and pillows which is critical to any stay! Bathroom is well stocked with toiletries too.

Great service and very nice room.

Very friendly service and great breakfast. The luxury room is smallish, but vey nice, with own balcony. Parking arrangement is good, with a short walk from hotel, or, as in our case, a short car ride provided by the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay, everything is prepared with a lot of attention to detail. The location is absolutely the best and the room design is very modern and well maintained. But what really makes the difference is Luka and Mario who were always looking after us, great communication and the best hospitality. We also loved the breakfast, fantastic food and ambiance. We would definitely stay here again.

A gem!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay in June 2025. There was excellent communication before our arrival and they met us at the taxi drop-off site to navigate the pedestrian-only area with our luggage. The breakfast was a 3-course meal! And the service was always with a smile! We did not eat dinner at their restaurant but it looked lovely too. The hotel has a great location inside the old city walls but was quiet and off the main square. I would definitely recommend it for a visit to Split.
