A charming hotel in a relaxed atmosphere

Unique hotel with nice appartements. We had three small balconys facing the ocean, and our room was perfect for a family of four. You have to accept a lot of stairs, but it means also a beautiful access to the beach. The private beach with dedicated umbrella, free of charge was very convenient. And the different walks through narrow "streets" up to the old town was charming.

A true Italian experience

Beautiful surroundings that made me feel like I was experiencing a true Italian vacation. The beach was beautiful with ample lounge chairs and umbrellas.It is less than a minute walk from the hotel lobby.The water was crystal clear. The view from our balcony (clothesline and pins included!) was breathtaking. The staff was friendly and so helpful. Made a true effort to speak to us in English (such a generous gesture). Housekeeping was friendly and efficient. The room supplies for the kitchenette even included a corkscrew!

Highly recommend this hotel and location. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful in making sure we arrived and made it back to Rome without any issues. What an amazing location! Reservation on a private section of the beach with umbrella and lounge chairs is included. The room was a well equipped studio "apartment" with a lofted bed. Though the furnishings are dated, the room was immaculately clean!! Be ready to climb stairs to reach the hotel/ your room. Staff will help with transporting your luggage if you need it.

Beautiful views

Comfortable apartments with beautiful views. The staff is super nice and helpful. Make sure you hit the gym, putting in the time on the stairmaster before your trip, because this city is quite the climb. We loved our stay here.

Great stay with two small children

We had a great stay, the hotel was perfect for us (traveling with two small children) and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They even provided a free baby crib that was all set up and ready to go upon arrival. I definitely recommend!

Sehr schöne Appartments in genialer Lage

In unserem Appartment wohnten wir - 3 Erwachsene- 10 Tage lang. Die Resience liegt ausgesprochen günstig: Zur einen Seite hin erreicht man in weniger als 5 Minuten den hoteleigenen Strandabschnitt mit kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellten Sonnenschirm und Liegestühlen. Zur anderen Seite hin liegt die Altstadt Sperlongas - ein "Vogelnest", das sich nur zu Fuß erobern lässt: enge Gässchen, die stetig über Treppen bergauf führen. Sehr pitturesk. Einmalig ist der Sonnenuntergang!!! Das Doppelbett ist auf einer Empore untergebracht, das Sofa im Wohnbereich war ein Bett mit richtiger Matratze, sodass auch die dritte Person bequem liegen konnte. Die Küche ist völlig ausreichend ausgestattet, allerdings muss man auf einen Backofen verzichten. Das Appartment wurde täglich gereinigt, Handtücher bei Bedarf gewechselt. Für den Strand kann man sich ein Handtuch gegen eine kliene Gebühr ausleihen, muss es also nicht mit von zu Hause mitschleppen. Es sind 2 Waschmaschinen vorhanden, die in Absprache mit den anderen Gästen zur Verfügung stehen. Wir empfehlen die Residence auf jeden Fall mit großer Begeisterung weiter.

Spennende og romslig leiligheter med fantastisk ut

Vi bodde fem netter på Florenza Residence i en leilighet med flott utsikt over havet og byen. Helt OK kjøkken og bad og inndelt i to store rom med forskjellige plan. Florenza Residence ligger i en bratt bakke og du må gå i lange trapper for å komme opp, først fra byen og stranden og så fra resepsjonen og opp til leiligheten. Men det er også noe av sjarmen med Sperlonga. Vi hadde en flott terrasse med markiser og fantastisk utsikt. Det er dessverre kun wifi i resepsjonen og det er selvsagt både skuffende og overraskende. Det burde være en smal sak å ordne wifi i hele anlegget, men det er tydeligvis ikke nok etterspørsel etter dette. Hyggelig betjening på alle måter. Anbefaler å benytte stranden på sørsiden av byen og ikke den som "følger med hotellet". Vi var der i siste uka av juli og det var lite folk og god plass også på den offentlige stranden som det ikke koster noe å bruke. Viktig også å utforske gamlebyen på toppen av "fjellet" i Sperlonga.

Incredible charming

Really charming hotel with a stunning view. Sperlonga is a fantastic historic City with great beaches and Florenza Residence makes your stay unforgettable. It's more like an appartment than a hotel which is great if you like to cook during your holiday.

Love this place

This place is amazing. Lots of stairs to climb, because that's how the town is set up, but the "room" is really more like a well-appointed studio apartment. Staff was awesome as we didn't get into town until 2am, but he woke up and met us in the town square, showed us where to park and helped us up the stairs and hills to our room. Beach is beautiful with clear water and great food everywhere. Great experience.
